The Development of the Public-Private Partnership in Sports: Challenges and Perspectives for Solving

Abstract

В дипломную работу входит введение, три главы и итоговое заключение. Во введении раскрывается актуальность выполняемого исследования, задачи и цель исследования, а также определяются объект и предмет исследования. В первой главе описана теоретическая часть ГЧП, его понятие, основные признаки и законодательное регулирование. Вторая глава направлена на детальное рассмотрение ГЧП в сфере физической культуры и спорта. В главе содержатся специфические особенности проектов ГЧП, а также кейс-анализ проектов ГЧП, который позволил выявить ряд проблем в процессе развития ГЧП в сфере спорта. Третья глава посвящена выявлению и рассмотрению существующих проблем развития ГЧП в сфере физической культуры и спорта. Проблемы были выявлены путем проведения анализа интервью специалистов в области ГЧП, специалистов в области физической культуры и спорта, а также путем кейс-анализа проектов ГЧП, относящихся к сфере спорта. В третьей главе также содержится ряд разработанных рекомендаций по решению выявленных проблем, которые могут иметь благоприятный эффект на развитие ГЧП в сфере спорта. Заключение повествует о том каким образом были достигнуты поставленные задачи и цель исследовательской работы и как разработанные рекомендации могут быть полезны государству, частным партнерам и представителям спортивной сферы.

The thesis includes an introduction, three chapters and a final conclusion. The introduction reveals the relevance of the study, the objectives and purpose of the study, and also defines the object and subject of the study. The first chapter describes the theoretical part of PPP, its concept, main features and legislative regulation. The second chapter is aimed at a detailed consideration of PPP in the field of physical culture and sports. The chapter contains specific features of PPP projects, as well as a case analysis of PPP projects, which made it possible to identify a number of problems in the development of PPP in the field of sports. The third chapter is devoted to identifying and reviewing the existing problems of PPP development in the field of physical culture and sports. Problems were identified by analyzing interviews with PPP specialists, specialists in the field of physical culture and sports, as well as through case analysis of PPP projects related to the field of sports. The third chapter also contains a number of developed recommendations to address the identified problems that may have a beneficial effect on the development of PPPs in the field of sports. The conclusion tells about how the set tasks and the purpose of the research work were achieved and how the developed recommendations can be useful to the state, private partners and representatives of the sports sector.
