Актуальность работы обусловлена необходимостью благоустройства береговых парковых территорий с сохранением характера ландшафта и организацией возможности эксплуатации в том числе подтапливаемых территорий. Цель работы: Предложить сценарную организацию береговых территорий с целью их круглогодичного использования. Задачи работы: деликатный подход к организации территории и сохранение памяти места; предложить новые сценарии использования береговых территорий с учетом привычного досуга местных жителей; разработать проектное решение территории с сохранением уникального природного ландшафта. Краткое описание работы. Изученный материал и структура пояснительной записки. В ходе выполнения дипломного проекта, был проведен анализ территории и проанализирован мировой опыт благоустройства различных береговых парковых территорий. Пояснительная записка состоит из введения, где выявлены проблемы, формируются цель и задачи. В первой главе описываются исторические сведенья о территории, ландшафт центральной части поселка, инфраструктура поселка и перспективы развития территории. Во второй главе проводится комплексный анализ мирового опыта организации парковых и береговых территорий с учетом их истории и уникальности. Третья глава посвящена концепции проекта, функциональному зонированию, системе кругового прогулочного маршрута, объемно-пространственному решению. В приложение указан список литературы и электронные ресурсы, включающие в себя 32 источника. 4.2. Разработанные проектные предложения. Проект благоустройства береговых территорий в поселке городского типа Сиверский основан на результатах анализа объекта и перспектив развития. Необходимо деликатно отнестись к историческому ландшафту и сохранить его и предложить решение организованного отдыха на береговых и парковых территориях. Проектом предусмотрено создание кругового прогулочного маршрута протяженностью пять километров вдоль реки Оредеж в поселке городского типа Сиверский. Основной задачей является благоустройство не эксплуатируемых, на данный момент территорий, в связи с рядом проблем. Круговой маршрут проходит сквозь весь участок проектирования вдоль береговой линии. Территория проектирования включает в себя пять основных зон из которых детально разработан второй участок — парк Фредериксов и набережная на его подтапливаемых территориях. 5. Краткое описание методик, технологий и программного обеспечения, используемого при подготовке к ВДП. Проектная часть работы выполнена в 3D-модели, созданной в «SketchUp 2022» и «Lumion», чертежи сделаны в «AutoCAD 2023», верстка презентационных планшетов и компоновка собрана в «Adobe Photoshop», «Adobe Illustrator CC 2019», пояснительная записка создана в «Microsoft Word 2020».

The relevance of the work is due to the need to improve coastal park areas while maintaining the nature of the landscape and organizing the possibility of exploitation, including flooded areas. 2. The aim of the work is to propose a scenario organization of coastal areas for the purpose of their year-round use. 3. Objectives: - to preserve a delicate approach to the organization of the territory and the preservation of the memory of the place; - to offer the new scenarios for the use of coastal areas, taking into account the habitual leisure of local residents; - to work out a design solution for the territory with the preservation of a unique natural landscape. 4. Brief overview of the thesis. 4.1. Learned material and structure of the explanatory note During the implementation of the graduation project, an analysis of the territory was carried out and the world experience in the improvement of various coastal park areas was analyzed. The thesis consists of an introduction, where problems are identified, goals and objectives are formed. The first chapter describes the historical information about the territory, the landscape of the central part of the village, the infrastructure of the village and the prospects for the development of the territory. The second chapter provides a comprehensive analysis of the world experience in organizing park and coastal areas, taking into account their history and uniqueness. The third chapter is devoted to the concept of the project, functional zoning, the system of a circular walking route, and the spatial solution. The appendix contains a list of references and electronic resources and includes 32 sources. 4.2 Concept proposals The project for the improvement of coastal areas in the urban-type settlement of Siversky is based on the results of an analysis of the object and development prospects. It is necessary to delicately treat the historical landscape and preserve it and offer a solution for organized recreation in coastal and park areas. The project provides for the creation of a circular walking route with a length of five kilometers along the Oredezh River in the urban-type settlement of Siversky. The main task is the improvement of currently unexploited territories, due to a number of problems. The circular route runs through the entire project area along the coastline. The design area includes five main zones, of which the second section has been developed in detail - the Fredericks Park and the embankment in its flooded areas. 5. A brief description of the techniques, technologies and software used in preparation for the thesis. The design part of the concept is done in a bundle of 3D models created in "SketchUp 2022" and ”Lumion", drawings made in "AutoCAD 2023", layout of drawing boards and layout assembled in "Adobe Photoshop 2022", "Adobe Illustrator CC 2019", thesis file created in "Microsoft Word 2020".
