The theme of moral degradation in the work of G.M.Korzhev in the 1980s

Abstract

Тема нравственной деградации в советском и постсоветском официальном искусстве 1980-2000-ых гг. Фигура Г.М. Коржева. Дипломная работа общим объемом 69 страниц включает введение и обзор литературы, три главы, разделенные на параграфы, заключение, список и альбом иллюстраций, список литературы, приложение. Альбом иллюстраций включает 24 изображения. В ходе исследования были проанализированы эскизы, графика и живописные работы Г.М. Коржева, использующие тему нравственной деградации. Были выявлены основные методы создания «социальных» работ. Среди них: гротеск, искажение пропорций, физиологичность. С помощью компаративного метода выявлены постепенные модификации художественного языка мастера. Сопоставление изобразительного творчества Г.М. Коржева и художников, работающих с тематикой деструкции и нравственной деградации, позволило говорить о различиях в поисках новой живописной манеры среди официальных художников и творцов неофициального круга.

The theme of moral degradation in Soviet and post-Soviet official art of the 1980s-2000s. The figure of G.M. Korzhev. The thesis with a total volume of 69 pages includes an introduction and a literature review, three chapters divided into paragraphs, a conclusion, a list and an album of illustrations, a list of references, an appendix. The album of illustrations includes 24 images. In the course of the study, sketches, graphics and paintings by G.M. Korzhev using the theme of moral degradation were analyzed. The main methods of creating "social" works were identified. Among them: grotesque, distortion of proportions, physiology. With the help of the comparative method, gradual modifications of the artistic language of the master are revealed. Comparison of the fine art of G.M. Korzhev and artists working with the themes of destruction and moral degradation, allowed us to talk about the differences in the search for a new painting style among official artists and creators of the unofficial circle.
