Cinema "Festival": a concept for developing a youth and teenage centre in the Vyborgsky District of St.Petersburg

Актуальность работы обусловлена запросом дома молодежи «Форпост» Выборгского района на реконструкцию кинотеатра «Фестиваль» под молодежно-досуговый центр, а также инициатива от местных жителей по улучшению качества жизни района. необходимостью в улучшении рекреационной инфраструктуры поселка для его туристического развития и проблемой отсутствия баз отдыха в районе проектирования, в особенности семейного направления. Цель работы: создание объемно – планировочного решения многофункционального концертного зала, включая входную группу молодежно – подросткового центра, как социокультурную среду для успешной самореализации молодежи. Задачи работы: проанализировать место расположения объекта проектирования кинотеатра «Фестиваль» проанализировать архитектурно-пространственное решение здания бывшего кинотеатра «Фестиваль»; проанализировать особенности формирования молодежно-подростковых центров с концертными залами (мировой опыт, опыт России); выявить основные требования к организации концертных залов предложить функциональное зонирование и сценарное решение; разработать архитектурно-планировочное решение концертного зала и вестибюля молодежно-подросткового центра.

4.Краткое описание работы.

4.1 Изученный материал и структура пояснительной записки. В ходе выполнения дипломного проекта, был проведен анализ территории, проанализированы отечественный и мировой опыт организации молодежных центров, в которых существуют концертные залы, а также организацию концертных и театральных пространств с учетом возможной трансформации. Пояснительная записка состоит из введения, где выявлены проблемы, формируются цель и задачи. В первой главе представлены: исторические сведения об объекте проектирования, исходные данные и анализ архитектурно пространственного решения, функциональное зонирование, транспортная и пешеходная инфраструктура, перспективы развития и целевая аудитория. Во второй главе проводится комплексный анализ молодежных и культурных центров мира, концертных залов и анализ основных требований к проектированию концертных залов. Третья глава посвящена концепции проекта, функциональному зонированию, объемно-пространственному решению, прописаны основные сценарии использования трансформации зала. В приложении указан список литературы и электронные ресурсы, включающие в себя 30 источников. 4.2. Разработанные проектные предложения. Проект молодежно-подросткового центра с разработкой концертного зала и входной зоной основан на результатах анализа целевой аудитории района и особенностей объекта проектирования. Необходимо организовать вестибюль молодежного центра и проработать концертный зал ,включая трансформацию зрительного зала, планшета сцены и разработку акустических панелей. Предлагается создание концертного зала, который помимо зрительской зоны и игровой площадки (сцены) включать в себя и дополнительные: технические зоны и служебные. При разработке планировочного решения важно учесть особенности каждой зоны и сгруппировать их по периметру зрелищного пространства. Основной акцент в проекте делается на трансформации концертного зала для обеспечения различных видов мероприятий: театральные постановки, концертные выступления, лекции и демонстрации, фестивали, ярмарки. Таким образом, предусматривается три основных сценария трансформации зала. Основной идеей проекта стала многофункциональность концертного и входного пространств. Ритм современной жизни требует максимально эффективно использовать все имеющиеся в нашем распоряжении ресурсы. Также эффективное использование площадей.

5. Краткое описание методик, технологий и программного обеспечения, используемого при подготовке к ВДП. Проектная часть работы выполнена в связке 3D-модели, созданной в «SketchUp 2021» и «Lumion 2021» с архитектурным коллажем в «Adobe Photoshop », чертежи сделаны в «AutoCAD 2020», верстка презентационных планшетов и компоновка собрана в «Adobe Photoshop », «Adobe Illustrator CC 2020», пояснительная записка создана в «Microsoft Word 2017».

Topicality of the project is conditioned by the inquiry of the youth center "Forpost" of Vyborg region about reconstruction of the cinema "Festival" and the initiative of local residents to improve the quality of life in the region 2. The need to improve the recreation infrastructure of the settlement for its tourist development and the problem of lack of recreation facilities in the project area, especially family-oriented ones. 3. Objective: creation of a volumetric planning solution for a multifunctional concert hall, including the entrance to a youth and teenage center, as a socio-cultural environment for the successful self-realization of young people. 4. Work objectives: – To analyze the location of the design object of the Festival Cinema – To analyze the architectural and spatial solution of the former "Festival" cinema building; – To analyze the peculiarities of formation of youth and teenage centers with concert halls (world experience, Russian experience); – Identify the basic requirements for the organization of concert halls – Suggest functional zoning and scenario solutions; – Develop an architectural and planning solution for the concert hall and the vestibule of a youth and teenage center; 4.1 The material studied and the structure of the explanatory note. In the course of the thesis project, the analysis of the territory, the analysis of domestic and world experience in the organization of youth centers with concert halls, as well as the organization of concert and theater spaces, taking into account the possible transformation. The explanatory note consists of an introduction, where the problems are identified, the goal and objectives are formed. The first chapter presents: historical information about the design object, initial data and analysis of architectural and spatial solution, functional zoning, transport and pedestrian infrastructure, development prospects and target audience. The second chapter provides a comprehensive analysis of youth and cultural centers of the world, concert halls and analysis of the basic requirements for the design of concert halls. The third chapter is devoted to the conception of the project, the functional zoning, the spatial design, the main scenarios of using the transformation of the hall are described. In the appendix you can find a list of books and electronic resources, including 30 sources. 4.2 Developed project proposals. The design of the youth center with the development of the concert hall and the entrance area is based on the analysis of the target audience of the area and the characteristics of the design object. It is necessary to organize the vestibule of the youth center and to work out the concert hall, including the transformation of the auditorium, the stage plateau and the development of acoustic panels. It is proposed to create a concert hall, which in addition to the spectator area and playground (stage) to include additional: technical areas and service. In developing the planning solution, it is important to consider the characteristics of each zone and group them by the perimeter of the performance space. The main focus of the project is the transformation of the concert hall to provide different types of events: theatrical performances, concert performances, lectures and demonstrations, festivals, fairs. Thus, three basic scenarios for the transformation of the hall are envisaged. The main idea of the project is the multifunctionality of the concert and entrance areas. The rhythm of modern life requires the most effective use of all resources at our disposal. Also the efficient use of space. 5. A brief description of the techniques, technologies and software used in preparation for the VDP. The design part of the work is made in the bundle of 3D models created in "SketchUp 2021" and "Lumion 2021" with architectural collage in "Adobe Photoshop", drawings made in "AutoCAD 2020", layout of presentation tablets and layout assembled in "Adobe Photoshop", "Adobe Illustrator CC 2020", explanatory note created in "Microsoft Word 2017".
