Актуальность работы обусловлена необходимостью создания концепции нового учебно-оздоровительного центра на базе Академии машиностроения им. Ж.Я.Котина для профессионального развития молодежи. Цель работы: создание концепции дополнительных учебных, спортивных, досуговых площадей для выпуска большего количества высококвалифицированных специалистов среднего звена и популяризации отрасли машиностроения. Задачи работы: по максимуму сохранить лесной массив при создании концепции на незастроенной территории; предложить концепцию функционального наполнения базы и сценарий круглогодичного использования; разработать концепцию проектного решения с учетом природного контекста территории. Краткое описание работы. Изученный материал и структура пояснительной записки. В ходе выполнения дипломного проекта, был проведен анализ территории, проанализированы отечественный и мировой опыт организации спортивно-оздоровительных центров. Пояснительная записка состоит из введения, где выявлены проблемы, формируются цель и задачи. В первой главе представлены: исторические сведения о территории, градостроительный анализ места проектирования, природные особенности территории и её функциональные зоны. Во второй главе проводится комплексный анализ отечественного и мирового опыта создания баз отдыха на лесных территориях. Третья глава посвящена концепции проекта, зонированию территории, объемно-пространственному и ландшафтному решениям. В приложении указан список литературы и электронные ресурсы, включающие в себя 43 источника. 4.2. Разработанная концепция. Концепция создания спортивно-оздоровительного центра на базе академии им.Ж.Я.Котина основана на результатах анализа целевой аудитории и проведения фокус групп. Необходимо сохранить лесной массив, с одной стороны организовав в нем свободную пейзажную планировочную структуру и, с другой стороны, подчинить транспортно-пешеходную схему организации территории существующему фундаменту академии. Предлагается создание концепции спортивно-оздоровительного центра, который будет помимо учебной и спортивной зон включать в себя и дополнительные: жилые и административные. При разработке генерального плана важно учесть особенности каждой зоны и сгруппировать «шумные» зоны в центральной части, а «тихие» на периферии. Основной акцент в концепции делается на комбинирование различных видов развития молодежи: футбольное поле, хоккейная площадка, теннисный корт, велотрасса, веревочный парк, полоса препятствий на территории одной базы, которые сконцентрированы в центральной и лесных зонах объекта проектирования. С точки зрения пространственной и средовой организации, основной идеей концепции становится создание современного архитектурного облика, интегрированного в окружающую среду, и создание ландшафта в зонах, опустевших в результате строительства. 5. Краткое описание методик, технологий и программного обеспечения, используемого при подготовке к ВДП. Проектная часть работы выполнена в связке 3D-модели, созданной в «SketchUp 2022», с архитектурным коллажем в «Adobe Photoshop 2022», чертежи сделаны в «AutoCAD 2020», верстка презентационных планшетов и компоновка собрана в «Adobe Photoshop 2022», «Adobe Illustrator CC 2022», пояснительная записка создана в «Microsoft Word 2007».

The relevance of the work is due to a need to create a new training and recreation center based on the Academy of Mechanical Engineering. The aim of the work is to create additional learning, sport, leisure areas for the release of a larger number of highly qualified mid-level specialists and the popularization of the engineering industry. 3. Objectives: - to preserve as much as possible the forest area in the design in an undeveloped area; - to offer the functional filling of the base and a scenario of year-round use; - to work out a concept decision taking into account the natural context of the territory. 4. Brief overview of the thesis. 4.1. Learned material and structure of the explanatory note In the course of the graduation project, an analysis of the territory was carried out, domestic and world experience in organizing sports and recreation centers were analyzed. The thesis consists of an introduction, where problems are identified, aims and objectives are formed. The first chapter presents: historical information about the territory, urban planning analysis of the design site, natural characteristics of the territory and its functional areas. The second chapter provides a comprehensive analysis of domestic and international experience in creating recreation centers in forest areas. The third chapter is devoted to the concept of the project, zoning, spatial and landscape solutions. The appendix contains a list of references and electronic resources and includes 43 sources. 4.2 Concept proposals Propose to create a sports and recreation center on the basis of the Academy named after Zh.Ya.Kotin which based on the results of the analysis of the target audience and focus groups. It is necessary to preserve the forest area, on the one hand, by organizing a free landscape planning structure in it and, on the other hand, to subordinate the transport and pedestrian scheme of the organization of the territory to the existing foundation of the academy. It is proposed to create a sports and recreation center, which, in addition to the training and sports areas, will include additional residential and administrative areas. During developing a master plan, it is important to take into account the characteristics of each zone and group the «noisy» zones in the central part, and the «quiet» ones on the periphery. The main emphasis in the concept is on combining different types of youth development: a football field, a hockey rink, a tennis court, a cycle track, a rope park, an obstacle course on the territory of one base, which are concentrated in the central and forest zones of the design object. From the point of view of spatial and environmental organization, the main idea of ​​the concept is the creation of a modern architectural appearance, integrated into the environment, and the creation of a landscape in areas that have become empty as a result of construction. 5. A brief description of the techniques, technologies and software used in preparation for the thesis. The design part of the concept is done in a bundle of 3D models created in «SketchUp 2022» and «SketchUp V-Ray 2022», with architectural collage in «Adobe Photoshop 2022», drawings made in «AutoCAD 2022», layout of drawing boards and layout assembled in «Adobe Photoshop 2022», «Adobe Illustrator CC 2022», thesis file created in «Microsoft Word 2007».
