CRM-System Selection for Children’s Educational Center

Abstract

Целью данной работы является выбор CRM-системы для детского образовательного центра «Alvita.Kids». В работе произведен анализ рынка CRM-систем и рынка образования, выявлены основные проблемы учета клиентских данных и взаимодействия с клиентами в детском образовательном центре «Alvita.Kids». Был сформулирован ряд требований, на соответствие которым тестировались существующие на рынке CRM-системы. На основании требований был сформирован список наиболее подходящих систем, которые затем сравнивались между собой. В итоге, был произведен выбор в пользу CRM-системы «Alfa CRM», что и является результатом работы.

The goal of this work is to select a CRM system for the children's educational center "Alvita.Kids". The paper analyzes the market of CRM-systems and education market, identifies the main problems of clients’ data accounting and interaction with clients in the children's educational center "Alvita.Kids". A list of requirements was formulated, existing on the market CRM systems were tested for the compliance with them. Based on the requirements, a list of the most suitable systems was formed, these systems then were compared with each other. As a result, the choice was made in favor of the “Alfa CRM” CRM system, that could be considered the result of the work.
