Application of laser scanning data in land management and cadastral works

Abstract

В зависимости от целей и задач кадастровых и землеустроительных работ используют различные геодезические методы, технологии и приборы, при правильном выборе которых эффективность выполнения таких работ повышается. Лазерное сканирование - достаточно новая технология, активно развивающаяся в том числе в направлении геодезических измерений. Данная работа сфокусирована на аспектах применения методов лазерного сканирования при производстве землеустроительных и кадастровых работ. Объектом исследования в данной работе являются лазерные системы сканирования. Предметом исследования – применение данных лазерного сканирования при выполнении землеустроительных и кадастровых работ. Цель данной работы - анализ применения лазерных сканирующих систем при производстве кадастровых и землеустроительных работ. Эта цель в работе достигается путем решения следующих задач: - ознакомление с технологией лазерного сканирования; - рассмотрение кадастровых и землеустроительных работ, их технических требований; - анализ эффективности применения методов лазерного сканирования, а также возможности оптимизации кадастровых и землеустроительных работ с их помощью. Работа состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения и списка используемых источников. В первой главе описаны методы лазерного сканирования, во второй - кадастровые и землеустроительные работы, особенности их проведения, а так же проведен анализ возможности применения методов лазерного сканирования при выполнении этих работ. Третья глава посвящена анализу эффективности методов лазерного сканирования по сравнению с классическими при выполнении различных кадастровых и землеустроительных работ. Объем работы составляет 36 страниц, в том числе 1 таблица и 5 рисунков.

Depending on the goals and objectives of cadastral and land management works, various geodetic methods, technologies and devices are used, with the right choice of which the efficiency of such work increases. Laser scanning is a fairly new technology which is actively developing in many directions, including geodetic measurements. This work focuses on aspects of the use of laser scanning methods when performing land management and cadastral works. The object of research in this study is laser scanning systems. The subject of the study is the application of laser scanning data in land management and cadastral works. The purpose of this work is to analyse the use of laser scanning systems in the production of cadastral and land management works. This purpose is achieved through solving the following tasks: - introduction to laser scanning technology; - study of cadastral and land management works, their technical requirements; - analysis of the effectiveness of laser scanning methods usage, as well as the possibility of optimizing cadastral and land management works with their help. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and a list of references. The first chapter describes the methods of laser scanning, the second - cadastral and land management works, the features of their implementation, as well as the analysis of the possibility of using laser scanning methods in the performance of these works. The third chapter is devoted to the analysis of the effectiveness of laser scanning methods in comparison with classical methods when performing various cadastral and land management works. The volume of the work is 36 pages, including 1 table and 5 figures.
