The role of the cadastre in Leningrad region land management

Abstract

В выпускной квалификационной работе рассмотрена связь кадастра и управления земельными ресурсами на муниципальном уровне, развитие кадастра недвижимости, нормативная база, ее особенности для Ленинградской области. Проведен анализ эффективности использования кадастра в качестве инструмента управления на локальном уровне, указаны сферы применения. Выявлены проблемы современного кадастра, предложены их решения.

In the final qualifying work, the connection between the cadastre and land management at the municipal level, the evolution of the real estate cadastre, the regulatory base and its features for the Leningrad region are considered. An analysis of the effectiveness of the use of the cadastre as a management tool at the local level has been carried out, and areas of application have been indicated. The problems of the modern cadastre are revealed, their solutions are proposed.
