The issues of regeneration of Soviet modernism heritage in urban development

Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа по теме: "Проблемы регенерации памятников советского модернизма в городском развитии", посвящена проблемам взаимодействия с архитектурным наследием отечественной архитектуры 1955-1991 годов. В работе подробно рассмотрены особенности данного направления в строительном искусстве, выявленные его характерные черты и периоды. Также подробно анализируются характер исследованности темы в современной науке. В качестве метода работы с советским модернизмом в городском пространстве предлагается способ регенерации среды, как обладающий наиболее вариантным комплексом методов. В практической части ВКР, на основе примеров, предлагается концепция взаимодействия с разными типами наследия советского модернизма представленная в виде схем и таблиц. Проведенное исследование последовательно доказывает эффективность регенерации как метода работы с культурным наследием советского модернизма.

Master thesis on the topic: "Problems of regeneration of monuments of Soviet modernism in urban development", is devoted to the problems of interaction with the architectural heritage of domestic architecture of 1955-1991. The paper examines in detail the features of this trend in the art of construction, identified its characteristic features and periods. The nature of the research of the topic in modern science is also analyzed in detail. As a method of working with Soviet modernism in urban space, a method of regenerating of urban space is proposed, as having the most variant set of methods. In the practical part of the masters's thesis, based on examples, a concept of interaction with different types of the legacy of Soviet modernism is proposed, presented in the form of diagrams and tables. The conducted research consistently proves the effectiveness of regeneration as a method of working with the cultural heritage of Soviet modernism.
