Intracity transport hubs in urban development

Abstract

Целью исследования выступает выявление роли внутригородских транспортно-пересадочных узлов для городского развития и разработка предложений по их эффективному функционированию в Санкт-Петербурге. В первой главе выпускной квалификационной работе рассмотрены основные теоретические понятия ТПУ, представлена планировочная структура и классификация транспортно-пересадочных применительно к городским агломерациям Во второй главе раскрыты принципы транзитно-ориентированного развития, проанализирован зарубежный и отечественный опыт проектирования ТПУ. На основе рассмотренных примеров выявлена роль пересадочных узлов в городском развитии В третьей главе проведена сравнительная оценка территорий перспективных ТПУ Санкт-Петербурга применительно к стандартам транзитно-ориентированного развития, также выработаны меры по эффективному использованию прилегающих к данным ТПУ территорий.

The purpose of the study is to identify the role of intercity transport hubs for urban development and to develop proposals for their effective functioning in St. Petersburg. In the first chapter of the final qualifying work, the basic theoretical concepts of TPU are considered, the planning structure and classification of transport and transfer stations in relation to urban agglomerations are presented In the second chapter, were disclosed the principles of transit-oriented development, and analyzed foreign and domestic experience of TPU design. Based on the considered examples, the role of transfer hubs in urban development is revealed In the third chapter, a comparative assessment of the territories of promising TPU of St. Petersburg was carried out in relation to the standards of transit-oriented development, measures were also developed for the effective use of the territories adjacent to these TPU.
