Abstract

Бакалаврская работа посвящена исследованию современных конституций в контексте существующих доктрин и политических практик института конституционализма. В ходе исследования были проанализированы основные современные теории конституции, раскрыты основные методологические подходы исследования конституции как политико-правового феномена и было дано определение ключевому, имеющему комплексный характер, явлению конституционализма в политической практике современных сообществ.

Bachelor work is devoted to the study of modern constitutions in the context of existing doctrines and political practices of the Institute of constitutionalism. The study have analyzed the basic concepts of modern theories of the Constitution and revealed the main methodological approaches to the research of the constitution in terms of political and legal phenomenon. Finally, it have defined the key and complex nature of constitutionalism in the political practice of modern communities.
