The emotional comfort of adolescents with difficulties in self-regulation in the educational environment

Abstract

Исследование заключалось в установлении взаимосвязи между эмоциональным комфортом и саморегуляцией подростков в образовательной среде. В нем участвовали 118 человек. Для изучения эмоционального комфорта подростков использовались методики: «Шкала дифференциальных эмоций» К.Изарда, «Диагностика эмоциональных барьеров в межличностном общении» В.В.Бойко, «Шкала субъективного благополучия» А. Перуэ-Баду, «Опросник социально-психологической адаптации» К. Роджерса, Р. Даймонд, «Шкала самоуважения» М. Розенберга. Саморегуляция изучалась с помощью методик: опросник «Стиль саморегуляции поведения — ССП-98» В.И.Моросановой, «Индивидуальный профиль дезадаптированного поведения подростков» С. Т. Посоховой, Л. С. Рашитовой. Применение корреляционного и факторного анализа позволило определить структуру эмоционального комфорта, вариативность взаимосвязей регуляторных процессов с компонентами эмоционального комфорта и адаптационных возможностей. Множественный регрессионный анализ позволил доказать, что саморегуляция подростков определяется переживанием положительных эмоций, гибкостью, выразительностью эмоций, внутренним контролем и самоуважением. Сравнение групп подростков с разным уровнем саморегуляции с помощью непараметрического критерия Манна-Уитни обнаружило менее выраженные показатели эмоционального комфорта, адаптационных возможностей и самоуважения у подростков с низким уровнем саморегуляции.

The study was aimed to establish the relationship between emotional comfort and self-regulation of adolescents in the educational environment. It was attended by 118 people. To study the emotional comfort of adolescents, the following methods were used: "Differential Emotions Scale" by K. Izard, "Diagnostics of emotional barriers in communication" by V. V. Boyko, "Subjective well-being Scale" by A. Perue-Badu, "Test of Personal Adjustment" by K. Rogers, R. Dymond, "Self-Esteem Scale" by M. Rosenberg. Self-regulation was studied using the following methods: questionnaire "Style of self-regulation of behavior-SSP-98" by V. I. Morosanova, "Profile of maladapted behavior of adolescents" by S. T. Posokhova, L. S. Rashitova. Correlation and factor analysis allowed us to determine the structure of emotional comfort, the variability of the relationships of regulatory processes with the components of emotional comfort and adaptive capabilities. Multiple regression analysis allowed us to prove that the self-regulation of adolescents is determined by the experience of positive emotions, flexibility, expressiveness of emotions, internal control and self-esteem. A comparison of groups of adolescents with different levels of self-regulation using the nonparametric Mann-Whitney test revealed less pronounced indicators of emotional comfort, adaptive capabilities, and self-esteem in adolescents with a low level of self-regulation.
