Brain tumor recognition from MRI images

Abstract

В настоящей работе методами машинного обучения проводится распознавание опухолей головного мозга на МРТ-снимках. Сравниваются несколько моделей, классифицирующих снимки по наличию на них опухолей. Разрабатываются несколько новых моделей на основе выбранной. Результаты работы нейронных сетей оцениваются при помощи F-меры и выбирается наиболее успешная модель.

In the present work, machine learning methods are used to recognize brain tumors on MRI images. Several models, classifying images by the presence of tumors on them, are compared. Several new models are being developed based on the chosen one. The results of the training of neural networks are evaluated using the F-measure and the most successful model is selected.
