Return Rates of art: collection and analysis using machine learning methods

Abstract

В работе рассматривается гипотеза влияния изменяемых во времени параметров на стоимость картин на аукционах. Сначала приведен анализ литературы, затем описывается методология работы. В конце приведен результаты анализа, проверка гипотезы и корректировка цен с учетом полученных результатов.

The paper considers the hypothesis of the influence of time-varying parameters on the cost of paintings at auctions. First, an analysis of the literature is presented, then the methodology of the work is described. At the end, the analysis results, hypothesis testing and price adjustments based on the results obtained are given.
