Application of high-performance computing in problems of modelling blood flow in vascular systems

Abstract

В работе рассматривается применение высокопроизводительных систем (с применением таких технологий как OpenMP, CUDA) к решению задач моделирования кровотока в одномерной постановке. В работе были предложены и реализованы алгоритмы решения таких задач, а также были рассмотрены трудности, возникающие при их реализации. Был проведен анализ эффективности применения высокопроизводительных систем к задачам моделирования кровотока.

The application of high-performance computing systems (based on OpenMP and CUDA technologies) to one-dimensional blood flow modelling is considered. The parallel algorithms are proposed and the main difficulties of its realization are discussed. The efficiency of applying a high-performance system to the problems of blood flow simulation is analyzed.
