Abstract

Аннотация Тема: «Мягкая сила» БРИКС в межцивилизационном диалоге России и Китая Выполнил: Максимов Аркадий Дмитриевич Актуальность: Понятие «силы», введенное в научный оборот гарвардским политологом Джозефом Наем, на современном этапе превратилось в один из наиболее популярных способов осуществления внешней политики государств. Данная концепция достаточно быстро нашла сторонников, став одним из ключевых понятий, используемых при характеристике сегодняшних внешнеполитических процессов. Подтверждается популярность «мягкой силы» тем, что многие крупные государства на данный момент пытаются наладить международные культурные связи, сформировать свой благоприятный образ в средствах массовой информации, участвовать в распространении собственного языка, культуры и национальных идей. Цель работы: Определение особенностей применения методов «мягкой силы» Россией и Китаем и выявление их эффективности в деле межцивилизационного сближения. Задачи работы: 1. изучить теоретическую составляющую понятия «мягкая сила»; 2. выявить методы применения «мягкой силы» РФ; 3. выявить методы применения «мягкой силы» КНР; 4. сравнить российский и китайский подходы в области применения «мягкой силы»; 5. определить точки соприкосновения двух подходов, показать различия в реализации «мягкой силы». 6. спрогнозировать дальнейшие сценарии развития взаимоотношений РФ и КНР Объект: Использование «мягкой силы» в вопросе сближения РФ и КНР на цивилизационном уровне. Предмет: Роль инструментов «мягкой силы» во взаимоотношениях РФ и КНР. Структура работы определена целью и задачами исследования и состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка использованных источников и литературы.

This concept quickly found supporters, becoming one of the key concepts used in the characterization of today's foreign policy processes. The popularity of “soft power” is confirmed by the fact that many large states are currently trying to establish international cultural ties, form their favorable image in the mass media, and participate in the dissemination of their own language, culture and national ideas. The purpose of the work: Determination of the features of the application of the methods of "soft power" by Russia and China and the identification of their effectiveness in the cause of intercivilizational rapprochement. The objectives of the work: 1. to study the theoretical component of the concept of "soft power"; 2. to identify methods of applying the "soft power" of the Russian Federation; 3. to identify methods of applying the "soft power" of the PRC; 4. to compare the Russian and Chinese approaches in the field of application of “soft power”; 5. identify points of contact between the two approaches, show the differences in the implementation of "soft power". 6. predict further scenarios for the development of relations between the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China Object: The use of "soft power" in the issue of rapprochement of the Russian Federation and the PRC at the civilizational level. Subject: The role of “soft power” tools in the relations between the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China.
