The economic cooperation between BRICS countries in Latin America

Abstract

Начиная с XXI века, особенно после создания стран БРИКС, экономические обмены между Китаем и Латинской Америкой значительно укрепились, главным образом с точки зрения инвестиций и торгово-финансового сотрудничества. На основе обзора значения, процесса развития и основных проявлений экономического сотрудничества в данной диссертации анализируются мотивы и характеристики экономического взаимодействия между странами БРИКС, особенно Китаем в Латинской Америке. Затем рассматривается роль политических факторов в экономическом сотрудничестве между БРИКС и Латинской Америкой. В ВКР делаются следующие выводы: Благоприятная инвестиционная среда и надежная инфраструктура могут стать важным фактором привлечения инвестиций, взаимодополняемость является крупнейшей движущей силой двусторонней торговли, финансовое сотрудничество способствует быстрому экономическому росту страны. Кроме того, стабильность политических обменов является ключом к транснациональному экономическому сотрудничеству. Политическими характеристиками Латинской Америки являются трансформация политических партий и изменения в процессе региональной интеграции. Страны БРИКС успешно участвуют в конкуренции в Латинской Америке. Развитие экономического сотрудничества между странами зависит не только от взаимного политического доверия между двумя сторонами, но и от внешнеполитической обстановки. Соединенные Штаты имеют долгую историю политического влияния в Латинской Америке. В экономических обменах между БРИКС и Латинской Америкой американские факторы способствовали и подавляли производство и укрепление сотрудничества. Наконец, в диссертации предлагается укрепить сотрудничество между странами БРИКС (в особенности КНР) и Латинской Америкой, скорректировать стратегию политического развития и задействовать потенциал экономического развития.

Since the 21st century, especially since the creation of the BRICS countries, economic exchanges between China and Latin America have significantly strengthened, mainly in terms of investment and trade and financial cooperation. Based on a review of the significance, development process and the main manifestations of economic cooperation, this dissertation analyzes the motives and characteristics of economic interaction between the BRICS countries, especially China in Latin America. Then, the role of political factors in economic cooperation between the BRICS and Latin America is examined. The following conclusions are made in WRC: A favorable investment environment and reliable infrastructure can be an important factor in attracting investments, complementarity is the largest driving force of bilateral trade, financial cooperation contributes to the rapid economic growth of the country. In addition, the stability of political exchanges is the key to transnational economic cooperation. The political characteristics of Latin America are the transformation of political parties and changes in the process of regional integration. BRICS countries successfully compete in Latin America. The development of economic cooperation between countries depends not only on mutual political trust between the two sides, but also on the foreign policy situation. The United States has a long history of political influence in Latin America. In economic exchanges between the BRICS and Latin America, American factors contributed and suppressed production and strengthened cooperation. Finally, the dissertation proposes to strengthen cooperation between the BRICS countries (especially the PRC) and Latin America, to adjust the political development strategy and harness the potential of economic development.
