The Shanghai Cooperation Organisation: the influence on the international system

Abstract

Шанхайская организация сотрудничества (ШОС) является международной организацией, координирующей сотрудничество государств в различных сферах на пространстве ШОС. В данной работе рассматривается ШОС в рамках анализа влияния ШОС на международную систему. Актуальность данного исследования заключается в том, что влияние ШОС на международную систему всё чаще становится темой для обсуждения в рамках мирового научного сообщества. ШОС, как международная организация, в данном регионе развивается достаточно быстрыми темпами, что способствует увеличению влияния ШОС как в данном регионе, так и на глобальном уровне. Целью данной работы является определение влияния Шанхайской организации сотрудничества на современном этапе развития ШОС на международную систему. Новизна исследования заключается в том, что данное исследование представляет собой комплексное изучение ШОС в рамках влияния ШОС на международную систему. Исследования влияния ШОС в данном контексте ещё не проводились в научном сообществе. В данной работе влияние ШОС на международную систему рассматривается с точки зрения парадигмы неореализма, что позволяет анализировать влияние ШОС применительно к различным факторам. Определено историческое развитие ШОС, идентифицирована структура органов ШОС, а также выявлены тенденции к анализу структуры ШОС, охарактеризована документальная база ШОС, определено политическое и экономическое влияние ШОС на международную систему, выделены тенденции развития влияния ШОС на международную систему в динамике, дана оценка мнениям зарубежных политологов относительно ШОС.

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) is an international organization coordinating the cooperation of countries in various fields in the SCO space. This study considers the SCO as part of an analysis of the influence of the SCO on the international system. The relevance of this study is that the influence of the SCO on the international system is increasingly becoming a topic of discussion within the global scientific community. The SCO, as an international organization, is developing at a rapid pace in this region, which contributes to the increased influence of the SCO both in this region and globally. The aim of this study is to determine the influence of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization at the present stage of the development of the SCO on the international system. The novelty of the study lies in the fact that this study is a comprehensive study of the SCO in the framework of the influence of the SCO on the international system. Studies of the influence of the SCO in this context have not yet been conducted in the scientific community. In this study the influence of the SCO on the international system is considered from the point of view of the paradigm of neorealism, which allows us to analyze the influence of the SCO in relation to various factors. The historical development of the SCO, the structure of the SCO bodies, tendencies to analyze the structure of the SCO have been identified. The SCO documentary base, the political and economic influence of the SCO on the international system, trends in the development of the SCO influence on the international system in dynamics have been characterized. Opinions of foreign political scientists have been evaluated regarding the SCO.
