The development of innovative intralogistics solutions in a company management

Abstract

Инновации выступают главным фактором экономического роста большинства развитых стран, а внедрение инновационных интралогистических решений в систему складских операций представляет собой увеличение производительности, товарооборота и укрепления своих позиций на рынке, что является основой для экономического развития у любой инновационно-ориентированной компании. Тем не менее, на сегодняшний момент отмечается недостаточная теоретическая проработка направления, касающегося развития интралогистических решений. Поэтому автором сделан упор на исследование теоретического и практического аспекта внедрения инновационных интралогистических решений во внутреннюю систему логистики. Цель исследовательской работы состоит в выявлении особенностей инновационных интралогистических решений и практики их внедрения для повышения эффективности управления логистическими процессами компании и системы управления в целом. Кроме того, автор определил роль логистики и складских операций в управлении компанией, установил сущность термина «интралогистика», выявил функции, цели и задачи данного направления деятельности компании. Отдельное внимание автор уделяет инновационной составляющей современной логистики и рассматривает интралогистические решения как инновационные управленческие решения для оптимизации складской деятельности. Также осуществлен анализ рынка автоматизированных решений для внутренней логистики, выявлены инновации во внутренней логистике и произведен анализ их преимуществ в сравнении с традиционными технологиями, установлены проблемы и перспективы развития интралогистических решений в современных условиях.

Innovations are the main factor of economic growth in the majority of developed countries, and introduction of innovative intralogistic solutions into the system of warehousing operations represents an increase in productivity, turnover and strengthening of its market positions, which is the basis for economic development in any innovation-oriented company. Nevertheless, there is insufficient theoretical elaboration of the direction concerning the development of intralogistics solutions. Therefore the author makes an emphasis on research of theoretical and practical aspect of introduction of innovative intralogistics solutions into the internal system of logistics. The purpose of research work consists in revealing of features of innovative intralogistics decisions and practice of their introduction for increase of efficiency of management of logistic processes of the company and management system as a whole. In addition, the author has defined the role of logistics and warehousing operations in the management of the company, established the essence of the term "intralogistics", identified the functions, goals and objectives of this area of the company. The author pays special attention to the innovative component of modern logistics and considers intralogistics solutions as innovative management solutions to optimize warehouse operations. The analysis of the market of automated solutions for internal logistics was also carried out, innovations in internal logistics were identified and their advantages in comparison with traditional technologies were analyzed, problems and prospects of development of intralogistics solutions in modern conditions were identified.
