Abstract

Основными проблемами выпускной квалификационной работы на тему "Экономические аспекты обучения и развития персонала" стали функционирование системы обучения и развития персонал в организации и анализ существующих методов ее оценки с экономической точки зрения. Это подтверждается актуальностью темы проведенного исследования. Целю работы было выделение экономических аспектов системы адаптации для консультантов по банковским продуктам ПАО “Сбербанк” и разработка рекомендации по ее улучшению. Структура работы направлена на достижение поставленной цели и состоит из введения, трех глав основного текста, заключения, списка использованных источников и приложений. Первая глава отражает основную характеристику обучения и развития персонала и адаптации как ее части. Рассматриваются виды затрат и бюджеты на проведение обучающих мероприятий, а также оценка их эффективности. Во второй главе делается акцент на описании деятельности и персонала ПАО “Сбербанк”, рассматриваются две модели системы адаптации, функционирующие до 2017 и после 2018 гг. В третей главе оценивается обновленная система адаптации с использованием модели Кирпатрика-Филипса, а также предлагаются рекомендации по ее совершенствованию. Заключение раскрывает краткие выводы всего исследования.

The main problems of the qualification work on the theme "Economic aspects of teaching and staff development" have become the system of training and development of personnel in the organization and analysis of existing methods of assessment from the economic point of view. This is confirmed by the relevance of the research topic. The purpose of the work was to highlight the economic aspects of the adaptation system for consultants on Sberbank's banking products and develop recommendations for its improvement. The structure of the work is aimed at achieving this goal and consists of an introduction, three chapters of the main text, conclusion, list of sources used and appendices. The first Chapter reflects the main characteristic of staff training and development and adaptation as part of it. The types of costs and budgets for conducting training events, as well as evaluating their effectiveness, are considered. The second Chapter focuses on the description of the activities and personnel of Sberbank, and examines two models of the adaptation system that operate before 2017 and after 2018. The third Chapter evaluates the updated adaptation system using the Kirpatrick-Philips model, and offers recommendations for improving it. The conclusion reveals the brief conclusions of the entire study.
