Gender and gender aspects of habitus in the contemporary family

Abstract

Понятие гендер охватывает всю полоролевую сферу общественной жизни и должно иметь возможность для описания и объяснения изменений, происходящих в современном мире вследствие процесса глбализации, в частности, в институте семьи. В данной работе рассматривается теория габитуса Пьера Бурдье как возможный образец для систематизации представлений о понятии «гендер». Для этого сначала будет произведён сбор и анализ необходимой информации касательно гендера, его характеристик и основных проявлений в обществе. Будут рассмотрены и изучены основные проблемы в подходах к его рассмотрению. Вместе с тем будет собрана и проанализирована необходимая информация касательно понятия габитуса Пьера Бурдьё, а также основных изменений, происходящих в институте семьи. В результате, на основании полученных сведений будет разработана новая теоретическая концепция гендера для того, чтобы с её помощью можно было описать и объяснить происходящие изменения в современной семье, а также, возможно, использовать полученные сведения для решения проблем, возникающих в результате этих изменений.

The concept of gender covers the entire sex-role sphere of public life and should be able to describe and explain the changes taking place in the modern world due to the process of globalization, in particular, in the institution of the family. In this paper, Pierre Bourdieu’s theory of habitus is considered as a possible model for systematizing ideas about the concept of “gender”. The work will collect and analyze the necessary information regarding gender, its characteristics and main manifestations in society. The main problems in the approaches to its consideration will be examined and studied. At the same time, the necessary information will be collected and analyzed regarding the concept of the habitus of Pierre Bourdieu, as well as the main changes taking place in the family institution. As a result, on the basis of the information received, a new theoretical concept of gender will be developed so that with its help it is possible to describe and explain the ongoing changes in the modern family, and also, possibly, use the information obtained to solve problems arising from these changes.
