Integration of the principles and objectives of sustainable development in a company

Abstract

Актуальность работы. Актуальность данной работы доказывается следующими рассуждениями: с обострением конфликтов человечества и экосистемы, острым становится вопрос обеспечения устойчивого развития с учетом удовлетворения потребностей текущего поколения и сохранения ресурсов для будущих поколений. Для решения данного конфликта мировое сообщество обратилось к концепции устойчивого развития, предусматривающей необходимость одновременного решения социальных, экономических и экологических проблем на национальном и глобальном уровнях. Интеграция принципов и целей устойчивого развития помогает бизнес сообществу понять, как достичь поставленных задач, акцентируя внимание на детализации важнейших шагов на пути к выстраиванию устойчивой деятельности. Цель работы. Разработка рекомендаций по совершенствованию интеграции принципов устойчивого развития в деятельность компании Практическая значимость. Практическая значимость проведенного исследования заключается в возможности использования полученных результатов и рекомендаций в процессе интеграции принципов и целей устойчивого развития в деятельности компании. Структура работы. ВКР состоит из следующих разделов: введение, три главы, заключение, список использованной литературы, приложения. Логика исследования: выявить этапы развития концепции устойчивого развития и выделить новый – современный этап, после чего определить и обобщить принципы устойчивого развития. Далее раскрыть содержание понятия «устойчивое развитие», и основные подходы к управлению устойчивым развитием, а также выявить особенности корпоративного управления с учетом интеграции принципов устойчивого развития, показать тенденцию упоминания ЦУР ООН. В практической части работы изучить основную информацию о компании «Балтика», определить направления интеграции принципов устойчивого развития компании, сформулировать рекомендации по их совершенствованию. В результате, получили два направления рекомендаций для совершенствования: 1. Совершенствования системы корпоративного управления, где было рекомендовано: 1) улучшение прозрачности структуры деятельности компании «Балтика», по средствам проведения коммуникационного аудита и рассмотрение возможности составления интегрированной отчетности; 2) внедрение комитета по устойчивому развитию или корпоративной ответственности, с дискуссионной площадкой для обмена опытом. 2. Определение новых направлений для работы в соответствии с ЦУР ООН не используемых ранее было предложено: 1) развитие системной благотворительности; 2) финансирование иммунизации и разработка новых образовательных программ; 3) разработка и реализация программ развития потенциала территории присутствия; 4) развитие сотрудничества с компаниями-представителями шеринговой экономики. The relevance of the work. The relevance of this work to prove the following reasoning: with the intensification of conflicts of humanity and the ecosystem sensitive issue of sustainable development to meet the needs of the current generation and conservation of resources for future generations. To resolve this conflict, the international community turned to the concept of sustainable development, involving the need to simultaneously address social, economic and environmental issues at national and global levels. Integration of the principles and objectives of sustainable development helps the business community understand how to achieve objectives, focusing on detailing the most important steps on the way to build sustainable activities. The purpose of the work. Development of recommendations to improve the integration of sustainable development principles into company activities Practical significance. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of using the obtained results and recommendations in the process of integration of the principles and objectives of sustainable development in the activities of the company. The structure of the work. The WRC consists of the following sections: introduction, three chapters, conclusion, bibliography and applications. The logic of the research: to identify the stages of development the concept of sustainable development and the provision of new modern phase, and then identify and summarize the principles of sustainable development. To further expand the concept of "sustainable development" and the main approaches to the management of sustainable development, and to identify the features of corporate governance integrate sustainable development principles, to show a tendency of mentioning the UN SDG. In the practical part of the work to learn basic information about company "Baltika", to determine the direction of integration of principles of sustainable development to formulate recommendations for their improvement. As a result, received two courses recommendations for improvement: 1. Improving the system of corporate governance, where it was recommended: 1) improving the transparency of the structure of activity of the company "Baltika", through conducting a communications audit and to consider the preparation of integrated reporting; 2) introduction of the Committee on sustainable development or corporate responsibility, with a discussion forum for exchange of experience. 2. Define new directions for work in accordance with the sdgs the UN is not used before it was proposed: 1) development of a system of charity; 2) financing of immunization and the development of new educational programs; 3) development and implementation of programs for capacity development of the territory of presence; 4) the development of cooperation with companies-representatives of the sharing economy.
