The problem of the initial information quality during the state cadastral valuation

Abstract

В данной выпускной квалификационной работе рассмотрены актуальные проблемы, связанные с качеством исходной информации, необходимой для оценки кадастровой стоимости объектов недвижимости и влияющие на получение искаженных результатов. Предложены направления для улучшения качества результатов государственной кадастровой оценки.

This final qualifying work focused on current problems related to the quality of the initial information necessary for the valuation of the cadastral value of real estate objects and affected the obtaining of distorted results. We suggest directions for improving the quality of the results of the state cadastral valuation.
