Association between Ukraine and the European Union: the challenge of adopting technology standards

Abstract

Работа посвящена изучению процессов гармонизации европейских технических стандартов Украиной. В исследование рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с историей двусторонних отношений Украины и ЕС, причины выборы пути евроинтеграции Украиной. Особое внимание уделено анализу разделов Соглашения об ассоциации, которые содержат конкретные требования для модернизации украинской системы модернизации. В работе рассматриваются различные точки зрения, касающиеся последствий такой модернизации.

The work is devoted to the study of the processes of harmonization of European technical standards by Ukraine. The study examines issues related to the history of bilateral relations between Ukraine and the EU, the reasons for the choice of the path of European integration by Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the sections of the Association Agreement, which contain specific requirements for the modernization of the Ukrainian modernization system. The paper discusses various points of view regarding the consequences of such modernization.
