Cross-cultural interaction as the basis of the current global humanitarian context (as illustrated by the USA)

Abstract

Данная работа рассматривает влияние взаимодействия различных культур в США на внешнюю политику государства и на современный глобальный гуманитарный контекст. В исследовании проанализированы основные нормативно-правовые акты, регулирующие современное международное гуманитарное сотрудничество, и изучены теории, описывающие формирование единой американской культуры. Дана характеристика методам и степени влияния национальной культуры на внешнюю политику США. Определена роль государства и частной инициативы в развитии и спонсировании американской культуры и ее значение для современного международного гуманитарного контекста.

The paper deals with the influence of the interaction of different cultures in the USA on the foreign policy of the state and on the modern global humanitarian context. The research presents the analysis of the main general documents regulating the modern international humanitarian cooperation and the review of the theories describing the formation of the American culture. The methods and the extent of the influence of the national culture on the foreign policy of the USA are characterized. The roles of the government and the private initiative in the development and support of the American culture and its meaning for the modern international humanitarian context are defined.
