Renovation of the Iunost recreation centre on the territory of the Kpanskoe sanatorium-preventorium of Leningrad Nuclear Power Plant (Lake Kopanskoe, Kingiseppsky District)

Abstract

Проект содержит: пояснительную записку на 40 листах; иллюстративное приложение на 28 листах; проектную часть на трех выставочных планшетах формата 1400*1000 мм, включающую в себя схемы, чертежи, 3-D визуализации и дополненную компьютерной презентацией и видеороликом. 1. Актуальность работы. В качестве объекта проектирования была выбрана территория базы отдыха «Юность», входящая в состав санатория-профилактория «Копанское» Ленинградской атомной электростанции и расположенная в Кингисеппском районе Ленинградской области. До 2004 года на территории «Юности» функционировал детский спортивный лагерь, сейчас территория практически не используется, имея при этом большой потенциал развития. Запрос жителей города Соснового Бора на восстановление данной территории и отсутствие подобных спортивных объектов в районе проектирования подчеркивают актуальность выбранной темы.

2. Цель работы: преобразовать территорию существующей базы отдыха «Юность» в многофункциональную архитектурно-пространственную среду для круглогодичного отдыха и проведения спортивных мероприятий.

3. Задачи работы: • проведение комплексного анализа территории; • проведение анализа запросов целевой аудитории; • разработка сценариев функционального использования территории; • разработка архитектурно-художественного решения выбранной для проектирования территории; • разработка объемно-пространственного решения центральной общественной зоны.

4. Краткое описание работы. 4.1 Изученный материал и структура пояснительной записки. В ходе работы был проведен комплексный анализ разрабатываемой территории, включающий в себя фотофиксацию в летнее и зимнее время, изучение запросов целевой аудитории, изучение климатических и территориальных особенностей участка, изучение исторических материалов по выбранному объекту. Проанализированы российский и мировой опыт проектирования многофункциональных баз отдыха и методы интеграции архитектурно-средовых решений в природный ландшафт. Пояснительная записка состоит из трех глав: глава 1 – комплексный анализ объекта проектирования; глава 2 – аналоги архитектурно-пространственной среды; глава 3 – проектное предложение. В состав записки включен список использованных литературных и интернет-источников и приложение с иллюстрациями к работе. 4.2 Разработанные проектные предложения. В результате проектирования разработано предложение по модернизации существующей базы отдыха «Юность», расположенной на территории санатория-профилактория «Копанское» ЛАЭС, с целью создания комфортной среды для отдыха и проведения спортивных мероприятий. Предложение включает в себя варианты функционального всесезонного использования выбранной территории с сохранением ключевых зон существующей базы отдыха и интеграцией новых архитектурно-художественных решений в среду. Разработан новый генеральный план, включающий в себя 6 зон: въездную зону, общественную зону, зону временного проживания, спортивную зону, рекреационную зону, прибрежную зону. Разработано благоустройство базы отдыха с расчетом на всесезонное использование территории. Спроектировано центральное общественное пространство – архитектурный комплекс, в состав которого вошли: конференц-зал, ресторанная и детская зоны, гостиница и спа-комплекс. Разработаны поэтажные планы зданий с расстановкой мебели и указанием используемых материалов, экстерьерные решения и интерьеры основных помещений. 5. Краткое описание методик, технологий и программного обеспечения, используемого при подготовке к ВДП. При выполнении проектной части работы использовались следующие программы: «AutoCAD 2020» для создания чертежей, «3ds Max 2020» и «Lumion 10.3.2» для создания трехмерной модели, «Microsoft Word 2016» и Microsoft PowerPoint 2016» для оформления пояснительной записки и презентации, «Adobe Photoshop 2020», «Adobe Illustrator 2020» и «Adobe After Effects 2020» для пост-обработки фото- и видеоматериалов.

The project consists of the explanatory note on 41 sheets; the illustration application on 28 sheets; the project part on three plates of 1400*1000 mm format, including diagrams, drawings, 3D visualizations and supplemented by a computer presentation and a video. 1. Relevance of the subject and the selection of the object for development. The territory of the recreation center «Youth», which is a part of the sanatorium «Kopanskoe» of the Leningrad nuclear power plant and located in the Kingiseppsky district of the Leningrad region, was chosen as a design object. Until 2004, a children’s sports camp functioned on the territory of «Youth», now the territory is almost not used, while having a great potential for development. Existing active target audience request for the restoration of this territory and the absence of such a sports facilities in the design area emphasizes the relevance of the chosen topic. 2. Goal of the essay: The idea behind the project was to modernize the recreation center "Youth" in order to create a comfortable environment for recreation and sports activities.

3. Objectives of the essay: • conduct a comprehensive analysis of the territory; • analyze the requests of the target audience; • develop scenarios for the functional use of the territory chosen; • develop an architectural and artistic solution of the territory chosen; • develop a volumetric-spatial solution of the central zone. 4. Brief description of the work.

4.1 The material studied and the structure of the explanatory note. During the work a complex analysis of the territory was carried out, including photographing in summer and winter, studying the requests of the target audience, studying the climatic and territorial features of the site, studying historical materials on the selected object. The Russian and world experience of designing multifunctional recreation centers and methods of integrating architectural and environmental solutions into the natural landscape were analyzed. The explanatory note consists of three chapters: сhapter 1 - сomplex analysis of the design object, chapter 2 – analogues of the architectural and spatial environment, chapter 3 – project proposal. The note includes a list of used sources and an application with illustrations for the project. 4.2. Developed project proposals. As a result of the design, a proposal for the modernization of the recreation center "Youth" in order to create a comfortable environment for recreation and sports activities was developed. A proposal includes options for the functional all-season use of the selected area while retention the key areas of the existing recreation center and integrating new architectural and artistic solutions into the environment. A new master plan has been developed, which includes 6 zones: an entrance zone, a public zone, a temporary residence zone, a sports zone, a recreational zone, a coastal zone. Developed improvement of the recreation center with the expectation of all-season use of the territory. The central public space was designed - an architectural complex, which included a conference hall, a restaurant and a children's area, a hotel and a spa complex. Floor plans of buildings with the arrangement of furniture and an indication of the materials used, exterior solutions and interiors of the main premises have been developed. 5. Brief description of the methodologies, technologies and software used during the preparation of this work. During performing the design part of the work, the following programs were used: "AutoCAD 2020" to create drawings, "3ds Max 2020" and "Lumion 10.3.2" to create a three-dimensional model, "Microsoft Word 2016" and Microsoft PowerPoint 2016 "to design an explanatory note and presentation, "Adobe Photoshop 2020", "Adobe Illustrator 2020" and "Adobe After Effects 2020" for photo and video post-processing.
