Digital economy development programmes and the distinctive features of putting them into practice in the countries of the European Union

Abstract

Данная выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена теме реализации программ цифровой экономики в странах Европейского Союза. В работе была выявлена роль данных программ на экономическое и социальное развития стран ЕС. Кроме того, были исследованы различные понятия цифровой экономики, проанализированы ее характерные черты и показатели измерения. Также была рассмотрена современная ситуация развития цифровой экономики на глобальном уровне. В качестве case-study было рассмотрено развития цифровой экономики в странах ЕС и выявлены особенности реализации программ цифровой экономики в регионах ЕС. В заключительной главе работы были проанализированы проблемы, с которым сталкиваются или могут столкнуться страны ЕС в ходе реализации программ цифровой экономики, а также перспективы дальнейшего развития в данной сфере.

The final qualification paper is devoted to the implementation of digital economy programs in the countries of the European Union. The work revealed the role of these programs for the economic and social development of the EU countries. In addition, various concepts of the digital economy were studied, its characteristic features and measurement indicators were analyzed. The current situation of the development of the digital economy at the global level was also analyzed. As a case-study, the development of the digital economy in the EU countries was studied and the features of the implementation of digital economy programs in the EU regions were identified. In the final chapter of the work, the problems that the EU countries face or may face during the implementation of digital economy programs, as well as the prospects for further development in this area, were analyzed.
