Выпускная квалификационная работа «Деятельность некоммерческих организаций в рамках профилактики ВИЧ и СПИДа» посвящена актуальной проблеме стремительного развития эпидемии ВИЧ/СПИДа, способам противодействия данной проблеме, путём включения в общую профилактическую деятельность по данному направлению общественных некоммерческих организаций. Необходимости развития подобных общественных организаций, расширению их количества, так как, механизмы и программы, осуществляемые некоммерческими организациями являются уникальными и не находят аналога в работе государственных учреждений. В работе рассмотрена деятельность общественных СПИД-сервисных благотворительных фондов «Гуманитарное действие» (организация признана иностранным агентом) и «Диакония». Рассмотрены и проанализированы программы данных организаций в работе с целевыми группами. Помимо этого, в работе представлено прикладное социологическое исследование на основе полуформализованных интервью, которое направлено на подробное изучение деятельности общественных организаций в борьбе с распространением ВИЧ/СПИДа, трудностей, с которыми сталкиваются подобные общественные организации и их особенностей работы в данном направлении. В заключении описаны результаты проведенного исследования и рекомендации по улучшению профилактической деятельности, направленной на борьбу с ВИЧ/СПИДом.

Graduate qualification tesis "Activities of non-profit organizations in the framework of HIV and AIDS prevention" is devoted to the urgent problem of the rapid development of the HIV / AIDS epidemic, ways to counter this problem by including public non-profit organizations in the general preventive activities in this area. The need to develop such public organizations, to expand their number, since the mechanisms and programs implemented by non-profit organizations are unique and do not find an analogue in the work of state institutions. The paper deals with the activities of the public AIDS service charitable foundations "Humanitarian Action" (the organization is recognized as a foreign agent) and "Diaconia". The programs of these organizations in working with target groups are considered and analyzed. In addition, the paper presents an applied sociological study based on semi-formalized interviews, which is aimed at a detailed study of the activities of public organizations in the fight against the spread of HIV / AIDS, the difficulties faced by such public organizations and their features of work in this direction. In the conclusion, the results of the study and recommendations for improving prevention activities aimed at combating HIV / AIDS are described.
