The development of the web-based interface for the geographic information system of socially significant diseases

Abstract

В данной работе рассматривается технология обработки медицинской информации и создания на её основе веб-ГИС. Целью работы является создание тестового веб продукта, отражающего эпидемиологическую обстановку по заболеваемости туберкулёзом в Санкт-Петербурге, Россия. Предложенные методы позволили создать продукт на основе тематического конструктора сайтов Tilda и интегрировать в него веб-ГИС на базе NEXT GIS. Проведённое исследование предоставило возможность пользователям получать актуальную информацию о состоянии эпидемиологической обстановки в городе. На основе полученного опыта, сформулирован ряд приоритетных задач в сфере дальнейшего развития медицинской картографии.

In this article considered the technology of processing medical information and creating a web GIS based on it. The purpose of this work is to develop a test web product for assessing the epidemiological situation of tuberculosis in St. Petersburg, Russia. The proposed methods allowed us to create a web product. The basis of the website is the Tilda thematic site builder and the NEXTGIS-based web GIS integrated into it. This product provided an opportunity for users to get up-to-date information about the state of the epidemiological situation in the city. Based on the experience gained, a number of priorities in the development of medical cartography are formulated.
