The project concept for a family recreation and health complex in the municipal settlement of Komarovo, Kurortny District of St Petersburg

Abstract

Проект содержит: пояснительную записку на 45 листах; иллюстративное приложение на 16 листах; проектную часть на трех выставочных планшетах формата 1400*1000 включающую в себя схемы, чертежи, 3-D визуализации компьютерную презентацию. 1. Актуальность работы обусловлена необходимостью в улучшении рекреационной инфраструктуры посёлка для его туристического развития и проблемой отсутствия баз отдыха в районе проектирования, в особенности семейного направления. 2. Цель работы: Заключается в том, чтобы создать современную семейную базу отдыха с применением различных видов терапии. 3. Задачи работы: • по максимуму сохранить лесной массив при проектировании на незастроенной территории; • предложить функциональное наполнение базы и сценарий круглогодичного использования; • разработать проектное решение с учетом природного контекста территории. 4. Краткое описание работы. 4.1 . Изученный материал и структура пояснительной записки. В ходе выполнения дипломного проекта, был проведен анализ территории, проанализированы отечественный и мировой опыт организации среды для отдыха на природе и различные виды терапии и их влияние на здоровье людей. Пояснительная записка состоит из введения, где выявлены проблемы, формируются цель и задачи. В первой главе представлены: исторические сведения о территории, градостроительный анализ места проектирования, анализ существующих ближайших рекреационных объектов, природные особенности территории и её функциональные зоны. Во второй главе проводится комплексный анализ отечественного и мирового опыта создания баз отдыха на лесных территориях и видов терапии, преимущественно связанных с ландшафтом. Третья глава посвящена концепции проекта, зонированию территории, объемно-пространственному и ландшафтному решениям. В приложении указан список литературы и электронные ресурсы, включающие в себя 46 источников. 4.2. Разработанные проектные предложения. Проект создания семейной базы отдыха «Лесная сторона» основан на результатах анализа целевой аудитории района и территории проектирования. Необходимо сохранить лесной массив, с одной стороны организовав в нем свободную пейзажную планировочную структуру и, с другой стороны, подчинить транспортно-пешеходную схему организации территории существующему градостроительному каркасу посёлка. Предлагается создание базы отдыха, которая будет помимо жилой и административной зон включать в себя и дополнительные: общественную зону, терапевтическую, спортивную и детскую. При разработке генерального плана важно учесть особенности каждой зоны и сгруппировать «шумные» зоны в центральной части, а «тихие» на периферии. Основной акцент в проекте делается на комбинирование различных видов терапии на территории одной базы: хромотерапии ароматерапии, орнитотерапии, спорт-терапии и арт-терапии, которые сконцентрированы в центральной и терапевтической зонах объекта проектирования. С точки зрения пространственной и средовой организации, основной идеей проекта становится создание современного архитектурного облика, интегрированного в окружающую среду, и создание ландшафта в зонах, опустевших в результате строительства. 5. Краткое описание методик, технологий и программного обеспечения, используемого при подготовке к ВДП. Проектная часть работы выполнена в связке 3D-модели, созданной в «SketchUp 2018» и «SketchUp V-Ray 2018», с архитектурным коллажем в «Adobe Photoshop CS6», чертежи сделаны в «AutoCAD 2020», верстка презентационных планшетов и компоновка собрана в «Adobe Photoshop CS6», «Adobe Illustrator CC 2020», пояснительная записка создана в «Microsoft Word 2016».

The project contains a detailed explanation on 45 sheets; illustrate application on 16 sheets; a design part on three exhibition tablets of 1400*1000 format, including: diagrams, drawings, 3-D visualization, and computer presentation. 1.The relevance of the work is due to the necessity of improving the recreation infrastructure of the settlement for its tourist development and by the absence of recreation centers, particularly family-oriented. 2.Purpose of the work is to create a modern family recreation center with the use of various therapies. 3.Objectives of the work: - to preserve as much as possible the forest area in the design in an undeveloped area; - to offer the functional filling of the base and a scenario of year-round use; - to work out a project decision taking into account the natural context of the territory. 4. Brief description of the work. 4.1.Studied material and structure of the explanatory note. In the course of the graduation project, an analysis of the territory, analyzed domestic and world experience in organizing the environment for recreation in nature and various types of therapy and their impact on human health. Explanatory note consists of an introduction, where the problems are identified, the goal and objectives are formed. The first chapter presents: historical information about the territory, urban analysis of the project site, analysis of the existing nearby recreational facilities, the natural features of the territory and its functional zones. The second chapter contains the complex analysis of the national and world experience in the creation of the recreation centers on the forest territories and the kinds of therapies, mainly connected with the landscape. The third chapter is devoted to the concept of the project, the zoning of the territory, volumetric and landscape solutions. The appendix contains a list of references and electronic resources, including 46 sources. 4.2 Developed project proposals. The project of creation of the family recreation center "The Forest Side" is based on the results of the analysis of the target audience of the area and the territory of the project. It is necessary to preserve the forest area, on the one hand, organizing in it a free landscape planning structure and, on the other hand, to subordinate the transport and pedestrian scheme of the territory organization to the existing urban framework of the settlement. It is proposed to create a recreation center, which in addition to residential and administrative areas would include additional: public area, therapeutic, sports and children's. In developing the master plan it is important to consider the characteristics of each zone and group the "noisy" zones in the central part and the "quiet" on the periphery. The main emphasis in the project is on combining different types of therapy on the territory of one base: aromatherapy chromotherapy, ornithotherapy, sports therapy and art-therapy, which are concentrated in the central and therapeutic zones of the design object. In terms of spatial and environmental organization, the main idea of the project is to create a modern architectural appearance, integrated into the environment, and to create a landscape in the areas that have been deserted as a result of construction. 5. A brief description of the techniques, technologies and software used in preparation for the VDP. The design part of the work is done in a bundle of 3D models created in "SketchUp 2018" and "SketchUp V-Ray 2018", with architectural collage in "Adobe Photoshop CS6", drawings made in "AutoCAD 2020", layout of presentation tablets and layout assembled in "Adobe Photoshop CS6", "Adobe Illustrator CC 2020", explanatory note created in "Microsoft Word 2016".
