A research of the condition of periodontal tissues in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract

Заболевания пародонта являются одной из актуальных проблем современной стоматологии. По данным Всемирной организации здравоохранения около 98% взрослого населения мира страдают болезнями пародонта, и с каждым годом количество пациентов с данной патологией увеличиается. В этиологии заболеваний пародонта роль отводится не только пародонтопатогенным микроорганизмам, но и общесоматическим факторам. Сахарный диабет- одно из самых распространенных соматических заболеваний в мире. Согласно последним данным, опубликованным в диабетическом атласе Международной федерации Диабета(IDF) 463 миллиона человек во всем мире больны сахарным диабетом(СД). Из них подавляющее большинство, около 90%, больны СД II типа. В связи с этим СД называют пандемией 21 века. Цель исследования- выявление и изучение особенностей состояния тканей пародонта у больных сахарным диабетом II типа Задачи исследования: 1. Выявить и изучить клинические особенности состояния тканей пародонта у больных сахарным диабетом II типа 2. Изучить состояние тканей пародонта в зависимости от стажа диабета 3. Изучить состояние тканей пародонта в зависимости от возраста пациентов 4. Сравнить состояние тканей пародонта у больных сахарным диабетом II типа и у пациентов контрольной группы Выпускная квалификационная работа выполнена на 57 страницах, включает в себя основную часть, состоящую из 3 глав, заключение и выводы по всем поставленным задачам, список литературы, состоящий из 43 источников. Работа содержит 21 таблицу, 10 диаграмм.

Periodontal diseases are one of the most pressing problems of modern dentistry. According to the World Health Organization, about 98% of the world's adult population suffers from periodontal disease, and every year the number of patients with this pathology increases. In the etiology of periodontal diseases, the role is assigned not only to periodontopathogenic microorganisms, but also to general somatic factors. Diabetes mellitus is one of the most common somatic diseases in the world. According to the latest data published in the Diabetes Atlas of the International Diabetes Federation(IDF), 463 million people worldwide have diabetes mellitus (DM). The vast majority, about 90%, have type II diabetes. In this regard, diabetes mellitus is called a pandemic of the 21st century. The aim of the study was to identify and study the features of the state of periodontal tissues in patients with type II diabetes mellitus Research objectives: 1. To identify and study the clinical features of the state of periodontal tissues in patients with type II diabetes mellitus 2. To study the condition of periodontal tissues depending on the experience of diabetes 3. To study the condition of periodontal tissues depending on the age of the patients 4. To compare the condition of periodontal tissues in patients with type II diabetes mellitus and in patients of the control group The final qualification work is made on 57 pages, includes the main part consisting of 3 chapters, the conclusion and conclusions on all the tasks, the list of references consisting of 43 sources. The work contains 21 tables and 10 diagrams.
