Socio-demographic trends in the development of the labor market in Russia and China

Abstract

В выпускной квалификационной работе исследуются социально-демографические тенденции развития рынка труда в России и в Китае. Производится анализ рынка труда как научного понятия и как явления социально-экономической жизни общества. Выделяются факторы развития рынка труда. Анализируется влияние социально-демографического фактора на развития рынка труда как явления социально-экономической жизни общества. Выселяются особенностей социально-демографических тенденций развития рынка труда в России и в Китае. Производится сравнительный анализ вышеуказанных особенностей в вышеуказанных двух странах. Делается вывод о том, что и в России, и в Китае имеет место сокращение доли трудоспособного населения, формирующего предложение на рынке труда в данных странах.

The final qualifying work examines the socio-demographic trends in the development of the labor market in Russia and China. The analysis of the labor market as a scientific concept and as a phenomenon of the socio-economic life of society is carried out. The factors of development of the labor market are highlighted. The influence of the socio-demographic factor on the development of the labor market as a phenomenon of the socio-economic life of society is analyzed. The features of socio-demographic trends in the development of the labor market in Russia and China are being evicted. A comparative analysis of the above features is carried out in the above two countries. It is concluded that both in Russia and in China there is a reduction in the share of the working-age population, which forms the supply on the labor market in these countries.
