Revitalisation of a complex of merchant houses as part of the development concept of the town of Novaya Ladoga

Актуальность работы обусловлена появлением потребности в наделении новыми функциями домов - памятников регионального значения, реконструируемых и восстанавливаемых в рамках проекта комплексного благоустройства центрального проспекта, направленного на преобразование центра города. 2. Цель работы: заключается в приспособление для современного использования восстанавливаемых зданий из комплекса жилых домов купцов Мухиных с сохранением их исторического и культурного значения. 3.Задачи работы: • Сбор исторических сведений об объектах проектирования; • Проведение комплексного анализа проспекта Карла Маркса; • Изучение проектируемых объектов с прилегающей территорией и проведение фотофиксации; • Анализ и изучение отечественных аналогов современных ресторанов и музейных пространств в восстановленных памятниках; • Разработка проектного предложения по наделению новыми функциями реконструируемых купеческих домов на пр. Карла Маркса; • Создание дизайн-проекта интерьеров ресторана в купеческом стиле и музея, посвящённого купеческому быту. 4. Краткое описание работы. 4.1 Изученный материал и структура пояснительной записки. В ходе выполнения дипломного проекта, был проведен анализ территории и проанализирован отечественный опыт развития ресторанов и музейных пространств в восстановленных памятниках. Пояснительная записка состоит из введения, где выявлены проблемы, изучаемой территории, формируются цель и задачи работы. В первой главе описывается местоположение и исторические сведения об объектах проектирования, современное состояние, функциональное использование и перспективы развития территории. Во второй главе проводится комплексный анализ отечественного опыта развития ресторанов и музейных пространств в восстановленных памятниках. Третья глава посвящена концепции проекта, функциональному зонированию, созданию интерьерных решений для одноэтажного и двухэтажного строений из комплекса домов купцов Мухиных, а также формированию прилегающего средового пространства. В заключении представлены выводы о проделанной работе и указан список литературы с электронными ресурсами, включающий в себя 27 источников. 4.2 Разработанные проектные предложения. Проект ревитализация комплекса купеческих домов Мухиных в рамках концепции развития г. Новая Ладога основан на результатах анализа объектов проектирования и перспектив развития территории. Проектное предложение предусматривает полное воссоздание утраченного комплекса домов Мухиных. Организацию в одноэтажном доме - музея, посвящённого купеческому быту, а в двухэтажном доме - ресторана, интерьеры которого выполнены в купеческом стиле. С точки зрения пространственной и средовой организации, одной из главных идеей проекта становится сохранение архитектурного комплекса купеческих домов 19 века с организацией вокруг него ландшафта, а также интерьерных предложений, решённых в традиционном стиле того времени, включающих в себя современные элементы. В пространстве между домами проектом предусматривается создание купеческого двора, а пространство за домами будет использовано для организации парковки. 5. Краткое описание методик, технологий и программного обеспечения, используемого при подготовке к ВДП. Проектная часть работы выполнена в 3D-модели, созданной в «SketchUp 2021» и «SketchUp Enscape 3.0», чертежи созданы в «AutoCAD 2021», верстка презентационных планшетов и компоновка сделаны в «Adobe Photoshop CS6», «Adobe Illustrator CC 2020», пояснительная записка создана в «Microsoft Word 2020», компьютерная презентация выполнена в «Microsoft Power Point 2020».

The project contains: • a detailed explanation on 34 sheets; • an illustrated application on 28 sheets; • a design part on three exhibition tablets of 1400*1000 format, including: diagrams, drawings, 3-D visualizations; • computer presentation. 1. The relevance of the work is due to the emergence of the need to endow houses- monuments of regional significance with new functions, which are reconstructed and restored within the framework of the project for the comprehensive improvement of the central avenue and transforming the city center. 2. Purpose of the work is to adapt for the modern use of the restored buildings from the complex of residential houses of the merchants Mukhins’ with the preservation of their historical and cultural significance. 3. The objectives (tasks) of the work are: • Collection of historical information about design objects; • Conducting a comprehensive analysis of Karl Marx Avenue; • Study of the projected objects with the adjacent territory and taking photographs; • Analysis and study of domestic analogues of modern restaurants and museum spaces in restored monuments; • Development of a project proposal to provide new functions for the reconstructed merchant houses on Karl Marx Avenue; • Creation of a design project for the interiors of a restaurant in a merchant style and a museum dedicated to merchant life. 4. A brief description of the work. 4.1 A studied material and a structure of the explanatory note. In the course of the graduation project, an analysis of the territory was carried out and the domestic experience of the development of restaurants and museum spaces in restored monuments was analyzed. The explanatory note consists of an introduction, where the problems of the studied territory are identified, the goal and tasks of the work are formed. The first chapter describes the location and historical information about the design objects, the current state, functional use and prospects for the development of the territory. The second chapter provides a comprehensive analysis of the domestic experience in the development of restaurants and museum spaces in restored monuments. The third chapter is devoted to the concept of the project, functional zoning, the creation of interior solutions for one-story and two-storied buildings from the complex of houses of the merchants Mukhins’ , as well as the formation of the adjacent environmental space. In the conclusion, conclusions about the work done are presented and a list of references with electronic resources is indicated, including 27 sources.

4.2 Developed project proposals. The revitalization project of the Mukhins' merchant houses complex within the framework of the development concept of Novaya Ladoga is based on the results of the analysis of the design objects and the prospects for the development of the territory. The project proposal provides for the complete reconstruction of the lost complex of the Mukhins' houses. Organization in a one-story house - a museum dedicated to merchant life, and in a two-storied house - a restaurant, the interiors of which are made in a merchant style. From the point of view of spatial and environmental organization, one of the main ideas of the project is the preservation of the architectural complex of merchant houses of the 19th century with the organization of the landscape around it, as well as interior proposals, solved in the traditional style of that time, including modern elements. In the space between the houses, the project envisages the creation of a merchant's yard, and the space behind the houses will be used for parking.

5. A brief description of the techniques, technologies and software used in preparing for the VDP. The design part of the work was done in a 3D model created in "SketchUp 2021" and "SketchUp Enscape 3.0", drawings were created in "AutoCAD 2021", layout of presentation tablets and layout were made in "Adobe Photoshop CS6", "Adobe Illustrator CC 2020", the explanatory note was created in "Microsoft Word 2020", the computer presentation was made in "Microsoft Power Point 2020"
