The Prerequisites and Effects of Coaching Training for Young Professionals

Abstract

Целью ВКР является выявление факторов и эффектов обучения коучингу молодых специалистов в сфере бизнеса и менеджмента. В рамках исследования изучается формирование коучингового стиля лидерства молодых специалистов через изучение научной литературы, а также проведение качественного исследования. Основными результатами работы являются создание модели внутренних и внешних факторов, влияющих на формирование коучингового лидерского стиля молодых специалистов, определение эффектов обучения коучингу, а также разработка ряда рекомендаций развитию коучингового образования для молодых специалистов.

The purpose of the Master’s Thesis is to identify the factors and effects of coaching training for young professionals in business and management field. The study examines the formation of the coaching leadership style of young professionals through the study of scientific literature as well as conducting a qualitative research. The main results of the work are the creation of the model of internal and external factors determining the coaching leadership style formation of young specialists; the determination of the effects of coaching training; the development of recommendations for coaching training for young professionals.
