China's participation in developing the infrastructure of the Northern Sea Route: the current status and the prospects

Abstract

В работе рассматривается роль и место КНР в развитии инфраструктуры Северных морских путей. В работе рассмотрели историю развития Арктического судоходства с XI в. до последних лет Российской империи 1880-1890 гг. и эволюцию развития Северного морского пути с 1920 года по настоящее время；Проанализировали законодательную базу транспортного сообщения по Северному морскому пути, а также концессии Арктики и Северного морского пути и законодательную базу добычи и экспорта полезных ископаемых Арктики. Проанализировать спрос китайских компаний на Северный морской путь. Изучали финансовые, правовые и политические условия работы китайского бизнеса на российском рынке, дать оценку конкурентоспособности китайских компаний. Объектом исследования выступают российско-китайские отношения в Арктическом регионе. А предметом исследования является повестка взаимоотношений двух стран в сфере освоения Северного морского пути. Научная новизна диссертации заключается в проведении комплексного исследования истории появления и развития СМП. Впервые дается анализ восприятий финансовых, правовых и политических условий работы на Российском рынке со стороны китайского бизнеса.

The paper examines the role and place of the PRC in the development of the infrastructure of the Northern Sea Routes. The work examined the history of the development of the Arctic shipping from the XI century. until the last years of the Russian Empire in 1880-1890. and the evolution of the development of the Northern Sea Route from 1920 to the present； We analyzed the legal framework for transport links along the Northern Sea Route, as well as the concessions of the Arctic and Northern Sea Route and the legal framework for the extraction and export of minerals in the Arctic. Analyze the demand of Chinese companies for the Northern Sea Route. We studied the financial, legal and political conditions for the operation of Chinese business in the Russian market, assess the competitiveness of Chinese companies. The object of the research is the Russian-Chinese relations in the Arctic region. And the subject of the study is the agenda of relations between the two countries in the development of the Northern Sea Route. The scientific novelty of the dissertation lies in conducting a comprehensive study of the history of the emergence and development of the NSR. For the first time, an analysis of the perceptions of financial, legal and political conditions of work in the Russian market from the side of Chinese business is given.
