Legal aspects of the protection of information constituting an audit secret

Abstract

В данной работе проведено исследование информации с ограниченным доступом, которое помогло определить исторические предпосылки ее появления, тенденции в развитии законодательства, а также выявить ряд проблем, характеризующих как современное отечественное информационное законодательство, так и отдельный правовой режим аудиторской тайны.

Феномен информации в современной его интерпретации стал объектом исследования отечественных ученых во время начала зарождения кибернетики. Начав путь от технических наук, термин «информация» перешел в общественные науки и, ввиду массовой информатизации и цифровизации, в юриспруденцию.

In this work, a study of information with limited access was conducted, which helped to determine the historical background of its appearance, trends in the development of legislation, as well as to identify a number of problems that characterize both modern domestic information legislation and a separate legal regime of audit secrecy.

The phenomenon of information in its modern interpretation became the object of research of domestic scientists during the beginning of the emergence of cybernetics. Starting from the technical sciences, the term "information" has moved to the social sciences and, due to mass informatization and digitalization, to law.
