Research methodology of the international economic cooperation bases in the Arctic

Abstract

The author offers a research methodology of the international economic cooperation bases in the Arctic according to world-policy approach, which consists: characteristics of global policy, region-forming situation and practice of the international interaction, which were suggesting as the main criteria of researching. As a result of development of this method are revealed: a) feature of the political and legal organization of space in specific conditions of a frigid climate. To call this space the nomothetic Arctic and to study in this context political and legal processes, the relations and tendencies the concerning environmental preservations of employee well-being and health and safety, b) growth of scientific and technical and socio-ecological mutual dependence. Creation of the regional innovative systems (RIS) in the Arctic and studying of features of procedure of making decisions on development of separate natural territorial complex and natural resource complex in the region is offered.
