Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа на тему: «Совершенствование организации процесса заправки транспортных средств на АГНКС-3 в Санкт-Петербурге».

Автор: студентка 4го курса бакалаврской программы Института «Высшая Школа Менеджмента» Санкт-Петербургского государственного университета профиля «Логистика» Якимович Александра Игоревна.

Объект исследования: автомобильная газонаполнительная компрессорная станция (АГНКС-3) в Санкт-Петербурге.

Предмет исследования: организация процесса заправки транспортных средств. Работа содержит введение, 4 главы, заключение, список использованной литературы и приложения.

Во введении содержатся цель работы, поставленная перед автором, сформулированы задачи работы, определена актуальность темы.

Первая глава посвящена анализу рынка газомоторного топлива в России. В данной главе рассматривается что такое природный газ, преимущества и недостатки его применения в качестве моторного топлива. Также приведен анализ деятельности компании ООО «Газпром газомоторное топливо» (ГГМТ), являющейся дочерней компанией ПАО «Газпром», а также анализ ее положения на российском рынке с помощью PEST-анализа.

Во второй главе рассматривается АГНКС-3 в России. В данной главе изучается история развития АГНКС в России, основные типы современных АГНКС и особенности конкретной АГНКС-3 в Санкт-Петербурге.

Третья глава посвящена особенностям процесса заправки транспортных средств на АГНКС. Анализируются подходы к моделированию процессов заправки на заправочных станциях, используемые в научной литературе. В результате для моделирования процесса заправки транспортных средств на АГНКС-3 в Санкт-Петербурге были выбраны статистические методы и построена имитационная модель АГНКС в программе Anylogic.

Четвертая глава посвящена уменьшению времени пребывания транспортных средств на АГНКС. В данной главе рассматриваются 3 сценария совершенствования организации процесса заправки транспортных средств на АГНКС-3 в Санкт-Петербурге,

рассчитываются показатели эффективности по каждому, проводится экономический анализ эффективных сценариев, которые затем сравниваются согласно критериям.

В заключении представлены основные результаты работы, выделены рекомендации по уменьшению времени, затрачиваемого на осуществление заправки транспортных средств на АГНКС-3 в Санкт-Петербурге.

Список использованной литературы включает 72 позиции.

Приложения содержат 5 объектов.

The first chapter is devoted to the analysis of the gas engine fuel market in Russia. This chapter discusses what natural gas is, the advantages and disadvantages of its use as a motor fuel. An analysis is also made of the company Gazprom Gazomotornoye Toplivo LLC (GGMT), a subsidiary of PJSC Gazprom, as well as an analysis of its position in the Russian market using PEST analysis.

The second chapter discusses CNG-3 in Russia. This chapter examines the history of the development of CNG filling stations in Russia, the main types of modern CNG filling stations and the specific features of a specific CNG filling station in St. Petersburg.

The third chapter is devoted to the features of the process of refueling vehicles at CNG filling stations. The approaches to the modeling of refueling processes at gas stations used in the scientific literature are analyzed. As a result, to simulate the process of refueling vehicles at CNG station-3 in St. Petersburg, statistical methods were chosen statistical methods and a simulation model of CNG stations in the Anylogic program was built.

The fourth chapter is devoted to reducing the residence time of vehicles at CNG stations. This chapter discusses 3 scenarios for improving the organization of the process of refueling vehicles at CNG station-3 in St. Petersburg, calculates the performance indicators for each, conducts an economic analysis of effective scenarios, which are then compared according to the criteria.

In conclusion, the main results of the work are presented, recommendations for reducing the time spent on refueling vehicles at CNG-3 in St. Petersburg are highlighted.
