The engineering and geological assessment of the Onega Bay, the White sea sediments

Abstract

В магистерской диссертации на основе изучения вещественного состава, физического состояния и физико-механических свойств донных отложений трех различных участков Онежского залива, были определены основные факторы, влияющие на их формирование. Исследования показали, что процесс седиментации на исследуемых участках залива отличается, что сказывается на формировании в их пределах различных групп осадков со своим вещественным составом, строением и свойствами. Рассмотрены схемы формирования физико-механических свойства глинистых отложений и особенности их диагенетического преобразования.

In a master's thesis, based on a study of the material composition, physical condition, and physicomechanical properties of bottom sediments of three different sections of the Onega Bay, the main factors affecting their formation were identified. Studies have shown that the process of sedimentation in the studied areas of the bay is different, which affects the formation within them of various groups of sediments with their material composition, structure and properties. Schemes of the formation of physicomechanical properties of clay deposits and the features of their diagenetic transformation are considered.
