The ethnic territorial problems of the indigenous minorities in the North of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District

Abstract

Выпускная квалификационная работа посвящена исследованию и оценке степени проявления этно-территориальных проблем коренных малочисленных народов Севера Ямало-Ненецкого АО. В работе рассмотрены теоретические и методические подходы к изучению этно-территориальных проблем. Описана история формирования современной этнической структуры ЯНАО и этническое расселение коренных народов: ненцев, хантов и селькупов. Выявлены и рассмотрены основные причины этно-территориальных проблем, свойственные Ямало-Ненецкому автономному округу. В их числе: исчезновение культуры и языка коренного населения, проблемы взаимоотношения коренного населения и промышленных компаний, а также этнические и социальные противоречия. Проведён и обобщён анализ данных социологического интернет-опроса населения, статистических источников и литературы по этно-территориальным проблемам в округе. Был рассчитан индекс мозаичности этнического состава по районам и отдельным населённым пунктам ЯНАО. Рассчитана и показана на карте-схеме степень проявления этно-территориальных проблем в ЯНАО. Результаты данной работы могут быть использованы для постановки дальнейших задач по решению этно-территориальных проблем коренных малочисленных народов ЯНАО. Содержание выпускной квалификационной работы изложено на 90 страницах печатного текста, который включает введение, 4 главы, заключение, список литературы, 12 приложений, 23 таблиц и 13 графиков и рисунков.

: The final qualifying work is devoted to the study and assessment of the ethno-territorial problems of the indigenous peoples living in the North of the Yamalo-Nenets autonomous region. The paper deals with theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of ethno-territorial problems. The history of the formation of the modern ethnic structure of the YNAO and the ethnic settlement of the indigenous peoples: the Nenets, the Khanty, and the Selkup are described. The main causes of ethno-territorial problems peculiar to the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Region are identified and described. Among these problems: the disappearance of the culture and language of the indigenous population, the problems of relations between the indigenous population and industrial companies, as well as ethnic and social contradictions. The analysis of data from a sociological Internet survey of the population, statistical sources and literature on ethno-territorial problems in the district has been carried out and summarized. The mosaic index of the ethnic composition was calculated for the districts and settlements of the YNAO. The degree of manifestation of ethno-territorial problems in the YNAO was calculated and shown on a map diagram. The results of this work can be used to pose further tasks for solving the ethno-territorial problems of the indigenous peoples of the YNAO. The content of the final qualifying work is set out on 90 pages of printed text, which includes an introduction, 4 chapters, conclusion, list of references, 12 annexes, 23 tables and 13 graphs and figures.
