Abstract

ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ СИСТЕМЫ ОБЩЕСТВЕННЫХ ПРОСТРАНСТВ КАК МЕТОД РЕГЕНЕРАЦИИ ИСТОРИКО-КУЛЬТУРНОГО ЛАНДШАФТА (на примере Петровского острова в Санкт-Петербурге)

В диссертационной работе представлена концепция формирования общественных пространств на Петровском острове в Санкт-Петербурге. Цель исследования - разработать концепцию формирования общественных пространств в качестве приоритетного направления регенерации и устойчивого развития среды в условиях градостроительных преобразований Петровского острова - уникальной части городского ландшафта и культурного пространства Санкт-Петербурга. На основании поставленных в диссертационной работе целей сформулированы предложения по формированию многофункциональных общественных, рекреационных, спортивных пространств, ландшафтной организации, зонированию территории, в том числе выделены пешеходные пространства, места проведения культурно-массовых мероприятий, зоны «тихого отдыха». Предложены оптимальные транспортно-пешеходные функциональные связи, как в границах острова, так и с соседними территориями. В заключение научно-исследовательской работы представлены основные выводы: разработанная на основе исследования концепция будет способствовать гармонизации архитектурного облика города, повышению эстетических качеств городского ландшафта, сохранению идентичности и культурных традиций места, развитию общественных пространств, формированию многофункциональной, комфортной, доступной, социально ориентированной среды.

FORMATION OF THE SYSTEM OF PUBLIC SPACES AS A METHOD OF HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL REGENERATION LANDSCAPE (on the example of Petrovsky Island in St. Petersburg) A.A. Moiseeva, master student E.I. The dissertation paper presents the concept of forming public spaces on Petrovsky Island in St. Petersburg. The purpose of the study is to develop a concept for the formation of public spaces as a priority direction for regeneration and sustainable development of the environment in the context of the urban planning transformations of Petrovsky Island - a unique part of the urban landscape and cultural space of St. Petersburg. Based on the goals set in the thesis, proposals were formulated for the formation of multifunctional public, recreational, sports spaces, landscape organization, zoning of the territory, including pedestrian spaces, locations for cultural events, and “quiet rest” zones. Optimal transport and pedestrian functional connections have been proposed, both within the borders of the island and with neighboring territories. In conclusion, the research paper presents the main conclusions: the concept developed on the basis of the research will contribute to the harmonization of the architectural appearance of the city, improving the aesthetic qualities of the urban landscape, preserving the identity and cultural traditions of the place, developing public spaces, and shaping public spaces. The concept of the city landscape, the development of a multitude if functional, comfortable, accessible, socially oriented environment.
