Political Philosophy of Austrian Neoliberalism: Ludwig Heinrich Edler von Mises, Friedrich August von Hayek

Abstract

В работе исследуется неолиберальная политическая философия австрийской школы на основе методологических, экономических и культурологических идей Мизеса и Хайека. Затрагиваются категориальные основания неолиберальной политики, анализируется экономическая философия и раскрываются культурологические идеи главных представителей австрийской экономической школы. Основу работы составляют исследования современных отечественных и зарубежных авторов. Обхват исследований позволяет свести многообразие поднимаемых тем к главным вопросам австрийской традиции о месте человека в неолиберальной системе, его взаимодействии с государством и обществом, а также условий его индивидуального и культурного развития в такой системе. В конечном итоге, неолиберализм обосновывается как политико-философская система, направленная лишь на наиболее эффективное удовлетворение потребностей людей, а также способная объяснить существование современных основ общества.

The work explores the neoliberal political philosophy of the Austrian school on the basis of the methodological, economic, and cultural ideas of Mises and Hayek. It touches the categorical foundations of neoliberal politics, analyzes the economic philosophy and reveals the culturological ideas of the main representatives of the Austrian economic school. The basis of the work is the study of modern domestic and foreign authors. The scope of research allows us to reduce the diversity of topics raised to the main issues of the Austrian tradition about the place of people in the neoliberal system, their interaction with the state and society, as well as the conditions of their individual and cultural development in such a system. Ultimately, neoliberalism is justified as a political-philosophical system, aimed only at meeting the needs of people most effectively, and also capable of explaining the existence of the modern foundations of society.
