Abstract

Целью данной работы является анализ инженерно-геологических условий площадки строительства жилого комплекса «Лиговский сити». В работе проанализированы физико-географическое положение, геологическое строение, гидрогеологические условия г. Санкт-Петербурга. Изучены инженерно-геологические, гидрогеологические условия участка строительства и их особенности. Проанализированы данные инженерно-геологических изысканий. Выполнен расчет свайного фундамента с учетом погребенных биогенных отложений, даны рекомендации к проектированию с учетом негативного влияния существующих инженерно-геологических условий

The purpose of this work is to analyze the engineering-geological conditions of the construction site of the residential complex "Ligovsky City". In this paper were analyzed the physical-geographical location, geological structure, hydrogeological conditions of St. Petersburg. Engineering-geological, hydrogeological conditions of the construction site and their features were studied. Engineering-geological research data were analyzed. The pile foundation was calculated taking into account the buried biogenic sediments; recommendations for design were made taking into account the negative impact of the existing engineering and geological conditions.
