Development of automation tools in construction of 3D tissue models

Abstract

В данной выпускной квалификационной работе описывается процесс разработки программного обеспечения для исследования трёхмерных моделей структуры живых тканей. Описываемое программное обеспечение позволяет строить и исследовать такие модели, созданные в рамках теории трёхмерной гистологии (разработанной Г.А. Савостьяновым), которые невозможно построить с помощью текущих средств.

In this final qualifying work describes the process of developing software for research of three-dimensional models of the structures of living tissues. The described software allows you to create and explore such models based on the theory of three-dimensional histology (developed by G.A. Savostyanov), which can not be built using current tools.
