Comparison of various methods for solving regression problems

Abstract

Работа основана на решении конкретной задачи машинного обучения различными методами, популярными на данный момент. Подробно описывается постановка задачи, процесс предобработки данных, подбора гиперпараметров алгоритмов, обучения моделей. Качество моделей сравнивается между собой, а также сравнивается с результатами других исследоваталей. Затем проводится анализ влияния переменных на лучшую из полученных в работе моделей.

This work is based on solving a specific machine learning problem by various methods. The formulation of the problem, the process of data preprocessing, selection of algorithm hyperparameters, and model training are described in detail. The quality of the models is compared with each other, and also compared with the results of other researches. Then analysis of the influence of variables on the best of the models obtained in the work is carried out.
