An integrated project for a Marina in the Kurortny District of St Petersburg (the town of Zelenogorsk)

Тема нашей выпускной работы – Комплексный проект марины-деревни в Курортном районе Санкт-Петербурга (г.Зеленогорск)

Город Зеленогорск находится на северном побережье Невской губы Финского залива Балтийского моря в 52 километрах от центра города Санкт-Петербурга. Участок проектирования находится в западной части г. Зеленогорск, ограничен с северной стороны Приморским шоссе, с восточной - береговой линией 8-го ручья, с южной стороны береговой линией Финского залива и с западной - береговой линией Ушаковского ручья.

Береговая линия, образована покрытыми лесом дюнами и имеет протяженность 603 метра, ширину 38 метров в самом узком месте.

Город имеет непростое историческое наследие. После войны в 1944 году принадлежит России.

Наша идея заключается в создании марины-деревни на северном берегу финского залива.

Береговая линия очень узкая и мы выдвинули предложение перенести всю жилую, рекреационную и техническую часть марины на воду, путём создания намывных островов. Планировка марины разделяется на две части: яхт-клуб и жилая зона, к которой владельцы домов, также могут причаливать свои яхты.

Здание Яхт-клуба включает в себя зону обслуживания и хранения яхт, крытый паркинг, отель с видовым рестораном и спа.

Жилая часть состоит из четырёх островов, на трех из которых расположены жилые дома с возможностью швартовки к каждому дому.

Вместе они составляют единый многофункциональный комплекс.

Для создания комфортной окружающей среды был разработан маршрут для пешеходов и автомобилистов, также видовые площадки со скамейками, информационные столбы и помещения.

The theme of our final work – is the PROJECT of marina village IN the RESORT DISTRICT of ST. PETERSBURG (ZELENOGORSK).

Zelenogorsk is located on the Northern coast of the Neva Bay of the Gulf of Finland in the Baltic sea, which is 52 kilometers away from the center of St. Petersburg. The design area is based in the Western part of Zelenogorsk, bounded on the North side of the Seaside highway, on the East - the coastline of the 8th stream, on the South side of the coastline of the Gulf of Finland and on the West - the coastline of the Ushakov Creek.

The coastline(shoreline) is formed by forest-covered dunes and has a length of 603 meters, and width of 38 meters at the narrowest point.

The city has a difficult historical heritage. After the Second World War in 1944 it has belonged to Russia.

Our idea is to create a marina-village on the Northern shore of the Gulf of Finland.

The coastline is very narrow, therefore we decided to move the residential (living area), recreational and technical area of the marina to the water by creating alluvial islands.

The layout of the marina is divided into two parts: the yacht club and the living area. The owners of houses can also dock their yachts.

The yacht club building includes a yacht service and storage area, indoor Parking, a hotel with a view restaurant and a Spa.

The residential part consists of four Islands. On three Islands there are houses with their own dock.

Together they form a multifunctional complex.

To create a comfortable environment a route was developed for pedestrians and motorists, as well as view platforms with benches and information poles and premises.
