Hydrogeological conditions of brine injection into the suprasalt rock mass: case study of Verkhnekamskoye potassium and magnesium salt deposit

Abstract

В работе рассмотрены условия захоронения рассолов из затапливаемого рудника СКРУ-2 (Верхнекамское месторождения калийно-магниевых солей). Доказана экологическая безопасность закачки рассолов в скважины, оборудованные на нижнюю часть надсолевой толщи горных пород. Рассчитаны избыточные давления над устьями закачивающих скважин и конфигурация ореола засоления подземных вод.

The paper discusses the conditions for the burial of brines from the SKRU-2 mine that is flooded (Verkhnekamskoye potassium and magnesium salts deposits). The ecological safety of brine injection into wells equipped on the lower part of the super-salt rock mass has been proved. The excess pressures over the mouths of the injection wells and the configuration of the salinity aureole are calculated.
