Analysis and synthesis of models of the spread of epidemics on the example of forecasting the incidence of AIDS in Russia

Abstract

В данной работе большое внимание уделяется анализу SIR-модели распространения заболеваний, выявлению зависимостей внутри модели и ее применение для прогнозирования ситуации по ВИЧ-инфекции в России. Рассматривается учет рождаемости и смертности с принятыми во внимание особенностями распространения заболевания, а также некоторые противоэпидемические меры и их влияние на динамику развития эпидемии.

In this work, much attention is paid to the analysis of the SIR-model of the spread of diseases, the identification of dependencies within the model and its application to predict the situation of HIV infection in Russia. Consideration is given to the birth and death rates taking into account the peculiarities of the spread of the disease, and also some anti-epidemic measures and their impact on the dynamics of the epidemic.
