Threats of national security: opinion of youth

Abstract

The main results in the scientific-research, educational and extracurricular fields of the Pyatigorsk State University in the sphere of security problems’ research and organization of preventive anti-terrorist and anti-extremist activities are described in the article. The article also provides the comparative analysis of the results of the first part of the pilot project directed to a research of opinion of the Russian students and students from seven countries of Central Asia, Africa, the Middle and the Near East concerning the main threats to the national security of their countries. The results might be of some interest both form the scientific and the empirical points of view.
