Models of interaction between transnational corporations (TNCs) and the modern state

Abstract

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of the interaction of large business in the face of transnational corporations and the modern state. The study presents models of interaction between TNCs and state institutions depending on the type of political regime: authoritarian, democratic and fragile state. Each model has its own specific features, the analysis of which will allow the management of the corporation and the political elite of the country to form an optimal way of cooperation
